I learned from a majespecter player that if it is written "when" in card it must resolve at the end that means absolute dragon on chain 1. This way when vortex comes to field it spins back a attack monstar.

a funny tech u could do with this deck is with ghost reaper and winter cherries since u have some ED space and can put in card like phantom of yubel to mess up decks even more

Now, I am a pure RR player so I don't have that much experience with the PK part of the engine. But I gotta say, you got the RR part of it spot on. Usually you search noir to get heel, but you opened it anyway, so it's not much. Well done

I've been running a variant that focuses much more on getting the field spell out, featuring rainbow bridge of salvation, planet pathfinder, and zephyros for multiple field spell procs. also fun fact: you can make chaos angel out of magicians souls and gate guardian of thunder and wind, so you can search dark element off of thunder and wind to be able to make dark guardian instantly. My version of the deck is more midrange than spamming negates since so far I feel like it does better against the meta decks like yubel and tenpai
