- Linda J. Holm stepped from this life into the eternal glories of Heaven on the morning of 12/30/23. Face to face with Jesus, reunited with family and friends gone before, and amidst the host of Heaven; what a reward for a life well lived! Linda battled breast cancer for half of her life. However, 37 years of prayers for her healing were answered at the moment of her passing; and more wonderfully and completely than could have ever been hoped for here on earth. Cancer left its mark on her body but it could not remove the joy in her heart, the determination in her mind, nor the smile on her face, even up to her journey's end. Linda passed peacefully from this life to the next. She leaves behind (temporarily), Dallas, her husband of 54 years, daughter Jennifer and her husband Jason Koeshall, son Jeffrey and his wife Jennifer, six grandchildren: Jacob, Sophia, Alex, and Caleb Koeshall, as well as Ava and Quinn Holm. Linda also leaves behind, a brother, Dan Satterberg, extended family, and many wonderful friends. We who are "in Christ" will see her again and...Next Time It Will Be Forever.

This service was so encouraging as a follower of Jesus. My husband and I are 55 and since my husband came to Jesus at 18 he's been a Dallas fan. I got to surprise him a number of years ago with a Dallas concert in Rochester. I obviously never met Linda, but as a family of God we rejoice and weep together and this memorial was so precious and God honoring. May we all honor our spouses like Dallas, follow Jesus like Linda and long for our eternal home! ❤
What a wonderful glorious service. Brought such encouragement to my heart. I started listening to Dallas Holm and Praise back in March of 1977 right after I became a Christian at the age of 19. His music has always had a very special place in my heart. God has used his ministry in my life greatly. Just hearing of Linda’s life how she loved Jesus, has helped me to preserve through the suffering I am going through. Thank you for sharing this service. I pray for the family….such a blessing to so many. She ran the race well and that’s what I desire to do also.

Just wanted to mention, it’s truly wonderful when saints never complain. God gives gifts and abilities to His children each individually. How very blessed Mrs. Holm was. It stands to reason that she was able to navigate her illness in a joyful way!
However, many other believers are left with a life that lacks many blessings and are shut out of so much in comparison.
Just because a Christian comments about their life, how very hard it is, it probably is much harder than she/he is letting on!
I grew up listening to Dallas Holm’s music. His famous song, “I Saw The LORD,” really spoke to my heart as a small child.
God's peace to you and your family, Dallas. I've never forgotten how plainly you spoke to people who attended your concert at Prestonwood Baptist Church many years ago. You are a true man of our Lord, unafraid of the words or faces of men.
Beautiful Song and Service. I've listened to Dallas Holm songs over 50 years. In the last two years Ive lost 5 members in my family.
This song really helps me through all the loss.
Dallas I am very sad to hear of Linda passing away. I want to thank you and her for all the beautiful songs and all the concerts that me and my brothers since the 1970’s had the opportunity to attend. I have lost two of my brothers of the last few years, my youngest brother and my oldest brother. Many times we would perform ( Here We Are) as a quartet and many of your other outstanding songs. I’m sure my brothers have already met Linda and thanked her for her ministry. May God bless you.
I listened to Dallas’ music as a new believer. He and Ray Boltz were my favorites. Im sorry to hear of her home going. May the Lord comfort you all and give you His peace.

I lost my husband of 58 years on December 5, 2023. He suffered from Parkinson’s disease for years - he too, stepped from this life, into the arms of the Lord Jesus Christ. My condolences to Dallas and his family.

I was a remember of Assembly of God Church from Warrenton Oregon .In 1983 we went to Longview Washington and saw Dallas Holm and praise. I will never forget that. I like so many of their songs. I feel for you brother Dallas and your family. God bless you and your family. And keep running the race to win.

You were the first Christian concert I ever attended, and it was so full of the Lord‘s love, and then you shared the gospel message, and people came forward to receive the Lord. I still have memories of how impactful it was!

I'm richer in watching this memorial of your beautiful wife Linda. I went to see you years ago, in Perryton, TX, in the 70's. I was new growing closer to Jesus, you prayed for me. I'm so thankful God has guided me to finding this memorial. I looked your music up again, recently, because it brings worship into His, GOD'S Holy presence 🙏 God bless you Dallas and your family. I’ve listened to your music since I was a teenager and always loved Linda’s harmony. Y’all blended so well and now listening to this service I understand why. Thank you for sharing this with us. Our teen daughter translated "Rise Again" to be sung by a native choir out in the bush. And there were eternal decisions made for Jesus that day. What a privilege for us old missionaries, still far from "home", to meet your precious wife and family and be challenged to live to only please Jesus. Amém. Just listening to you both share and now weeks later, today I see she is gone home to be with Jesus! May He wrap his loving arms around you and comfort you always! Thank you for sharing your beautiful songs, that so touch my heart... I too am in a time of many changes too, the last three years, have been so very very hard...But God his ways are the best. My 60 year old husband is in a nursing home. He is almost 5 years younger than me, he has Front Lob Dementia. My sweet Mother in Law has some form of Dementia. Dad, mine had Vascular Dementia and my Mother had Alzheimer's Disease. It runs high in both our families lives. A lot of our aunts and uncles had or have it as well as grandparents too!

I Know one day we will meet when we all get to Heaven.

Dallas Holm and Praise was the first Christian album I listened to when I was saved in 1979. Your music is part of the soundtrack of my life. I ended up in Christian music as a bassist. I learned to play bass by copying the bass lines of Randy Adams and Jack Williams on your albums. I’m so sorry for your loss, Dallas. May our Lord comfort you as only He can.

Just learned of Linda's going to be with the Lord. What an amazing tribute of love, honor and sharing. Dallas Holm, you have been and will always be one of our most anointed artists. I had the great blessing of seeing you in a service in Harlingen, Tx with David Wilkerson many years ago. I have about 6 or 7 of your albums and continue to listen to your music. The Lord continues using your music, lyrics and voice.

Dallas, you were one of the first Christian artists I heard in College. “Here We Are” brought me to my knees. It still is a favorite 45yrs later. Thank you for your service to our King. I am so sorry for this great loss of your dear one. I pray God’s comfort in the days, months and years ahead when the pangs of sadness come visit. I pray they bring tears of joy instead for the sweetness of her memory and knowing you will see her again.

I’m a black British lady and have been listening to your songs since the 70’s. They have all been great encouragement over the years and I still have all your LP/CD’s in my collection. I grew up in the Wesleyan church in London and would often choose your songs for my husband and the youth choir to sing!
This service has made me grow closer to Christ listening to yours and Linda’s life story.
