My late Pastor-husband had tongue cancer and lost 3/4 of his tongue, having it reformed during the surgery using his own chest tissue. He had to learn to talk, sing, and preach all over again. God brought him back into the pulpit where he continued to minister to congregations. What a blessing!

I thank God for me finding Ivan Parker. I listen over and over Rise Again and Midnight Cry, I get chills going through me. I am so happy that Ivan is better, Jesus Saved him. I went through a horrible ordeal six years ago, terminally ill, stage four, in the hospital for six months. I was not expected to survive. I had given up and couldn’t take any more. Then Jesus came to me and made a miracle happen. It’s been six years and I’m doing good. I owe my life to Jesus. I tell everyone how Jesus Saved me. I wish Ivan continued good health and success. Praise Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior ❤️🙏✝️
Last year I was diagnosed with cancer. I really identified with Ivan Parker when he talked about God being there from the beginning. I felt God was with me and I placed it all in His hands, knowing He is always in control. I’ve done chemo and still getting through the effects of it. My cancer markers have gone up so I’m having a PET scan next week. It’s still in God’s hands. He know what’s best. So thankful that God healed Ivan Parker. What a Might God we serve.

I am so grateful to our Lord that I saw this interview today. I am at the beginning of a journey that I can't see the path but I know that Jesus is walking it with me. I have friends and family praying for me and my young pastor and his wife are taking a big chunk of their time to make sure I get to my tests & appts. We have already seen God working & I now how have an appt with a good surgeon that I had been told could not see me. I want to thank youmr. Parker for sharing your experience. It has just enforced what I already know, that my Lord is the one in charge and that I am tremendously blessed with brothers and sisters in Crist who are praying for me. We sure were praying you through. You sure amazed the doctor and staff with your rapid recovery. God is so faithful. I had a routine scan. The scan showed 1.1cm spot in the lower left lobe of my lung. They felt like it was 50/50 for cancer. The day I learned there was something there. I gave it to God, and some wonderful family & friends were prayers. I have had two biopsies one in March and a different kind of biopsy in May. Both have been negative thanks to my Savior. Having grown up singing gospel music with my sisters. We were the “Parker Sisters” and we knew of those “Parker Boys”here in NC. May God continue to bless you and your family. Lp

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am so glad you are cancer free. I will pray for you and your family. 2013 was when I was diagnosed with cancer in my left lung. I had biopsy and then the drs had to determine how to proceed. I had 8 churches praying for me. God was my staying power. They removed 1/3rd of my lung. My lung Dr was from India and when I went for followup he told me I couldnt take the chemo nor radiation because I was 101 pounds. So he would keep havings scans to monitor me. My tenth year free was in 2023. GOD BLESSED ME I FEEL LIKE HE EXTENDED MY LIFE. 🙏

I love Ivan Parker. I love he leads us truly in worship. I listened and followed him Since the days with Gold City. I'm so thankful God carried him through this and gives God the glory. Lately I've been in difficult times with broken bones over and over. It's frustrating and discouraging though. I know I'm in God's will. I fought the same feelings. God's words to me when I asked why were "I needed to pull you away from your hustle bustle so I can have some time alone with you. I wanted you to stop and take time for me. I pondered that for days and realized I'd been too too busy and doing a lot on my own. Because I hadn't slowed down on my own,HE slowed me down, made me so I couldn't do anything for myself. I was injured, hurt, alone and needy. It seemed unfair and humbled me. I have spent special alone time with God and he was gracious and wrapped me up In His arms. He reminded me that he will never leave me alone and his grace is indeed sufficient. Thank you for this testimony. I'm a musician too. I play the piano and sing and God's blessed me with this special ministry.
