when u practice make sure you don’t tense the muscles in your picking arm, like practice playing without tensing them and then your arm won’t get tired

But, here i am, this video says that its 90% speed but its slower than when i turn on that Mr. Tabs' video on 0.75...... i am rlly confused can someone explain

With good practice your downpicking will improve pretty quickly I think, but at the same time downpicking is a very inefficient motion and this song is pretty fast, I can't really tell you an exact number of years but I'd guess if you really focus on it you could do it well after half a year to a year of focusing on downpicking or so

I can just about manage this speed with lots of practice and warming up and it still sounds pretty authentic at this speed.
I've been playing for 3 years now, this is still hard because of a muscle deficiency i have, but slowly getting there👌

keep at it! You can also, for example, chug on the low e string with a metronome at a speed you can manage with triplet speed bursts every few beats.

I just checked that video, and when I put it on 0.75 speed, it is definitely slower than this! maybe it's just a perception thing.
