I'm really interested in the injury prevention you were talking about. It's a new concept to me. I had always thought injuries were random accidents but I suppose what you are trying to avoid are repetitive use or repetitive strain injuries?

Yes!!! I avidly watched the French Open! Such a shame that some players were a bit injured. I was really hoping Nadal would have a longer run for potentially his last Roland Garros (such an unfortunate draw!) happy for Carlos though!
Yes he is an Acro gymnast, they both do it at the moment actually. They both go to the Royal Ballet associate programmes on Saturdays but attend a local school back at home.
Yes, injury prevention is the best thing to provide strength around the joints to lower the chances of getting injured. It doesn’t guarantee but it’s certainly worth it!

Thanks for showing You and Ragan celebrating "Communion" with the Lord Jesus Christ.
That brought back many wonderful memories of an entire Weekend.
That I spent on a "College Stage" in the late 1990s.
I was with a Group of Christian Liturgical Dancers.
I'll never forget that Time.
Because we too "Celebrated Holy Communion". "On Stage!"
Then "We offered up Our Praises to "Our Lord Jesus Christ."
Through all Different Types of Choregraphed and Improved Dances to "Our Lord."
It was such a magnificent time that "Weekend."
Thanks again, for all Your Work and Dedication to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Amongst of my guests -- participants has been a little boy Johnny. 👦. He became a professional dancer. Including the ballet. This year he has finished the school and became a student to learn this art and this profession 24/7. All thanks for you, Hanna, the impression, that you've made. 🎉❤🎉😮

Happy Birthday Hannah! I've been following you for ages (I once brought you flowers and popcorn at Don Quixote) and I have a kind of off-the-wall question for you. Your company (and all companies really) go through *tons* of point shoes - know that some dancers sign them and sell them to fans, and surely some must collect them - but there still must be a bunch of dead shoes at the end of every season, right? What happens to them?
I ask because I'm an artist and I love to work with unconventional materials. If these shoes really are a waste product, I'd love to find a way to make use of them.

This year we put a ton of pointe shoes in this big box and they got taken somewhere but I have no idea where!
Unfortunately a lot of them end up in land fill as we don’t have anywhere to dispose of them. I wonder if you could contact the company? Maybe you could request for them for an arts project? We are always aiming to be a greener company so I hope your request would be heard!

Hannah, lovely vids, but I worry that you are always tired. You are only 22, so it is concerning. Have you had a blood test? You may be anaemic, which is a simple fix. A belated Happy Birthday, and keep dancing!
Thank you for your concern, I have wondered myself too sometimes. I did take a blood test but never received any results 🙈
