    150g Chicken 鸡肉

    800g Yam Bean 沙葛
    2 Bean Curd 豆干
    150g String Bean 四季豆
    Dash Of Chinese Celery 香芹适量
    20g Oyster Sauce 蚝油
    1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
    1 tsp Sugar 糖
    1 tsp Salt 盐
    1 tsp Sweet Black Soy Sauce 甜黑酱油
    ★ For Taro Skin 芋头外皮 ★×1份👈🏻
    600g Taro 芋头
    50g Sugar 糖
    ½ tsp Salt 盐
    1 tsp Five Spice Powder 五香粉
    50g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
    ★ Oil For Deep-Frying 炸油
