- Stansfield (Gary Oldman) biting into the capsule was a real wtf moment when I saw this movie. The overhead shot of the shotgun blast on the mother in the tub I would call an OMG moment.
Great film. And damn, that girl can act!

Leon: The Professional "We said noon..." playlist • Leon "We said noon."
Missed the next scene when Matilda comes back and walks to Leon’s door. “Please open the door.” It slays me.
RIP to Keith Glascoe, He was a real life firefighter that died on Sept 11th. He played Benny, the guy with gun that was nervous and supposed to be the watch out when Mathilda's family was getting taken out.
Oldman is the greatest character actor of all time imo, totally disappears into his roles with no trace of the actor left
Agreed 100% truly one in a million.
Dude, he made a compelling character out of "we're looking for somebody to play a guy who really likes to get high and murder innocent people"
I really love the unintentional irony that Oldman's character is going on about Beethoven, given he went on to play Beethoven in Immortal Beloved.
I seen this movie 23 years ago and to this day it’s in Oldman’s top 3 performances 💯
Did you know that one of the DEA agents Benny was actual a firefighter who died on 9/11. The man’s name was Keith Alexander Glascoe. R.I.P
I remember watching this in the theatre. When it ended, the two guys in front of me were like, "Did you see Stallone? I thought this had Stallone in it." I had to tell them "This is The Professional. Stallone is in The Specialist." They liked the movie, though.
First lead role for Natalie Portmam and Jean Reno in Hollywood! He admitted he couldn't speak much English at the time, only French, and was terrified he would mess up. Talk about BOTH actors starting out in Hollywood with a BANG!! Still one of the greatest Hitman Movies EVER today in my opinion,. Always will be!👏👏
Gary Oldman broke the bad guy rule book with this one! He's too good a bad guy!
Gary Oldman is a genius.
Man why couldnt you show when matilda knocks on the door and begs leon to let her in. Gets me every time
Oldman is a DEA agent, so therefore, calling the police would be a moot point. He is dangerously corrupt & a bonafide kookoobird! This is a fantastic film. Perfect storyline, as well. Well done.
If there is, please do another compilation from Leon with people's reaction to Leon's "gift" to Stansfield at the end, this was great :)
@Doug Nading This
Oldman's character pops Librium, a sedative, just before his "exhilarating" moments.
0:38 Vkunia is the best "omgosh not a hippie" 🤣😘
That "hippie" is the same guy that sung the intro song for Dumb and Dumber.
Fun fact: The dude with the dreadlocks is Willi One Blood. He's a reggae singer from Miami (New York at the time Leon was filmed) who got his stint in Jamaica where his parents were born. His music's actually pretty dope!
My favorite movie of the 90s! Luc Besson’s villain entrances are top-notch. Stansfield’s is awesome!
This is Gary Oldman at his finest, as a villian, he doesn't go half way, part way,..he's all in, all the way,..just watch him in Dracula, and one even older than this movie, Criminal Law 1988,. he's just brilliant in whatever movie, performance it is,..extremely good actor,..so enjoyed the reactions,..Godspeed, Peace ✌
Drexel in true romance too, awesome villain
You should look for a an old movie with Oldman called The Firm (not the Tom Cruise movie) you can thank me later 👍
Simone’s facial expressions are priceless!
It got to me that the reactors seemed to miss the part of Oldman and his thugs being the DEA. They wonder why the cops aren’t being called, but it’s a bad neighborhood and they are the cops. When the old lady comes out to ask what’s going on, the guy says DEA, police go back inside. Many don’t seem to get it until the end when Matilda goes to the DEA building to kill Oldman’s character.
The original "Boogie-man", and John Wicks Master, LEON. 😆
One of my favorite bad guys ever... He is so twisted.
Pure masterpiece delivered by Besson and Oldman
Great stuff!!! Do one for “EVERYONE!”
What do you mean everyone?
EVERYONNNNNNE!!!
One of my favourite movies , great editing.
It’s scary to think of a police officer who is as unhinged as Gary Oldman is in this movie, and there probably are at least a few that are really like that
Good stuff. Thanks!
I was really hoping for "great stuff". 😁
Esta escena es de cultura pura
Ya no se podria hacer algo asi hoy
No ves como se alucinan estos milenialas...
KakkakakakakakKKKK
I assume these people never seen this movie it’s a KLASSIC
Gary Goldman at his best
Haha, the female reactors "Why has no one called the police?" How do they know? The entire scene is over in minutes. How fast do they think police arrive at a crime scene.
Man do part 2 of this reaction mashup Plz you got me excited about my top 5 all time movie
Please do the "EVERYONE!" scene.
Yes, I did!
He is the police
Willy Blood, look what you did !
You killed a four-year-old kid !
It's like Googlebox on meth lol
Oldman not winning Oscar was this still a big travesty lol not Oscar matters much but msn he made this movie much much better.
I’ve got one minute passed
Why call the police... They are the police
I was surprised they didn't see that in the movie.
Not the brightest of reactors, are they?
Why put the "calm little moments" quote at the video start when it's gonna come in at 1:20 anyway?
Oldman is the greatest
Benny, there's three kids here.
l think Stan killed this girl.
And Willy, that asshole,
shot the little boy.
The third one's missing. Find her.
Oh, shit.
Hey, we missed the little girl, man.
People talking too damn much while doing these reactions
Meet Joe Black: accident scene.
i feel ya, great scene. but its hard to make a mashup from two reactions. 🙂
great movie.
They are just doing their job. We called them " The Jump Out Boys". Narcotics Police Officers.
The drug is benzodiazepin.. Now you know..
Thanks, and what effect has?
Gary the fucking man
5:47 #shadierae Where's the little boy?
Put the Movie title first. it gets cut off. I get most of them but its just a few words of a quote.
That's why I stopped!
you ended it too soon.
I think one of Stan's man killed that little boy
LUL
Can't believe he's such a bore now, in interviews as well as in role choices. In Sid & Nancy, in this one, The Fifth Element and True Romance he was so brilliant. I wish he'd never played Commissioner Gordon :(
Edit: tbf i did enjoy his Winston Churchill which is recent(er).
In what way is Oldman a bore?
@@TheMarcHicks I never thought I'd ever quote Anita Sarkeesian but *"The sealion politely demands evidence for even the most mundane or self-evident statements and insists that you justify your opinions until he's satisfied-which he never is, since he's asking questions in bad faith."*
@@antimonycup7066 Thats not self-evident fact thats just your opinion
@@MorphyVSFischer Where did you get the word 'fact'? The quote says 'self-evident *statement'.*
@@antimonycup7066 1)Statements can be facts. 2) If your just going to say its your opinion and attack someone as sealioning you for asking a simple question you do you
