    This tour guide should be part of the X-Men. He has X-ray vision and he's able to spot a shoe "behind a tree trunk" in a dense jungle under heavy foliage. It just so happened to be the foot of a girl he was supposed to meet. Girls he was so concerned about he went to their house the day they didn't appear for the appointment he claimed to have with them. An appointment nobody else seemed to know about but him. As if he only admitted that incase the girls told other people.
    Also what a nice guy to show up at a client's house who doesn't appear for a tour? He didn't even consider the possibility they had a hangover or simply slept-in like thousands of tourists do. Instead he rushed over there as if he was protecting himself while his other accomplices held the girls hostage and staged Emergency calls at the same time to make it look like he wasn't a suspect. Obviously that didn't happen though because Panama declared it an accident and told the Parents to stay quiet about the night photos until after the investigation was over.
    So Panama says the girls fell off a monkey bridge and died by the river. Which makes perfect sense that they would be floating down a river all week while calling 911 or 112 every day at specific times. Never leaving a message because why would girls who write in their diaries every day want to leave a message for loved ones? Probably because it's too depressing and it wastes phone battery. Which is why 1 of the phones still had 22% battery left by the time remains were found. 22% battery left after the iPhone was turned on 10 days later for 64 minutes, and then shut off and placed back into the backpack, zipped up, and turned in by a tribe.
    So I guess a week later after floating down the river they reached the shore and climbed up an area where it looks very dry in the night photos, boulders around, trees, some mist which is probably from the river they just floated down. Then after they take 100 photos, they put the camera back in the bag, jump back into the river where they are killed. Then a few days later they wake up and turn on the iPhone for 64 minutes, then manually shut it off with 22% battery remaining.
    Then eventually after going thru about a dozen blenders in the river, their bones are scattered everywhere but their backpack which they conveniently placed next to a river was in near-perfect condition including all the dry electronics working fine. While a foot gets tired of swimming and hops up a path and walks along a trail until it gets tired and rests behind a tree trunk, which is then later found by the super-powered Tour Guide F with X-Ray vision.
    There's just no way anyone in Panama would ever want to harm 2 girls hiking all alone in the jungle. What would men want with girls hiking alone in a jungle with no reception? Obviously all men treat women with respect and would never want anything from them. Especially 2 girls who are tourists and look completely out of place, like they were only there to help children and educate them and they were, as Lisanne wrote in her diary "Naive" in thinking they could handle it.
    At least this tour guide gave Kris Kremers' parents a tour. He took a few guys wearing hats who looked very awkward the entire time, smoking cigarettes, looking away from camera any time it pointed ot them. Then the tour guide even takes a photo of them at the end of the tour with his flash on in broad daylight. Which then made me immediately think of the night photos and the flash used. He was even smiling at them while taking the photo, after leading them in the direction he chose. I mean it's normal to take a photo of grieving parents of 1 of the girls you were supposed to meet and you found the other girl's foot behind a tree. He was just very helpful, even more helpful than investigators because he found all the evidence for them.
    It seemed like anytime they needed to find evidence, Tour Guide F was there to supply them with the evidence. I wouldn't think much about it if he didn't claim he definitely was supposed to meet the girls the following day, which is why he shows up at their residence as if it's some huge concern of his. He has nothing better to do? He didn't need to run his coffee farm? The 2 girls didn't show up so he immediately has to look all over town and report it? It's almost like he wanted everyone to know he was helping and cooperating.
    I can see why Investigators never questioned him. I mean he does seem nice. Since killers are usually the people who appear like they are killers are always the killers, it couldn't possibly be him. It's not like I ever heard people say "He seemed like the nicest guy, I never would have believed he could do this" about any killers. They usually say "They looked guilty as soon as I met them" So this guy definitely seems too nice. Overly concerned and way too helpful with finding evidence in places you wouldn't believe if it was a movie.
    Go read his 5-star Trip Advisor reviews ;) it's all written by 1 person and dates back to 2013. I don't mean the one 1-star review that has a lady saying he joked about chopping off her leg. Without being sarcastic I don't even take that 1 seriously, I think the 5-Star reviews are much weirder. They talk about how it's best to contact Feliciano via Whatsapp. After the girls disappear they start to mention how "he knows a little bit of German and Dutch :) " with the smiley face included. Then they continue to talk about him knowing Dutch a few times while then saying he likes showing tourists "hidden trails" and meeting "indigenous people" and his amazing coffee farm. They say he has the best stories! None ever mention the missing girls or him sharing stories about that but just that he has amazing stories and enjoys leading tourists down hidden paths. It says you have to contact Feliciano via Whatsapp if you visit Panama because nobody wants to miss a tour with Feliciano. Why did the girls open Whatsapp while they were missing for a week instead of leaving a message?
    I think it's absolutely insane that the Tour Guide and the School didn't get investigated. I'm being sarcastic because it's so crazy to me. It's like not even bothering to investigate OJ Simpson after his wife and her friend was murdered. Whether he did it or not, he was still connected and had to be investigated. Tour Guide F knew way more than anyone else but they give him a pass? The diaries show these girls were positive about every thing even bad days they were positive about, then they get turned away from the School so rudely that they cried about it and wrote about it and go missing the next day? Nothing odd about that?
    Panama has the worst investigators on the planet if they really looked passed all of this. Either they knew what it was and didn't want to take it any further because they knew it would scare away tourists, or it was all their first day on the job and it was too confusing so they figured it was most likely they just fell off a monkey bridge and played with their phone all week while swimming thru the river until they could eventually take photos on dry land a week later. "An accident most likely caused by falling off a monkey bridge into the river". I think Tour Guide F most likely knows a lot more about what happened to these 2 girls. Maybe even exactly what happened. Nobody bothered to investigate though.

      I feel the same. The only thing I would add to this already very weird cast of characters and potential Pianista Trail dangers in or near Boquette is this tidbit. In January, 2020 a tribal religious cult that called their new church The New Light of God, was responsible for the kidnapping, torture, mutilation and murders of a pregnant woman and 6 of her young children.
      Now, I'm no expert on pre-Columbian religions nor am I overly familiar with the courting rituals of the primitive peoples of the jungles of Central America but.. it would appear that SOME of the indigenous people in these jungles are not only hostile but downright savage and motivated by something other and far greater than their own primal/carnal needs and wants.
      Yup. I agree with e1 else here though.. "they probably just fell off a monkey bridge and onto the sharp rocks below. As they lay dead, perhaps a jaguar or a bothrops asper made the emergency calls/failed pin entries on Kremers' cellular device and was also responsible for the 'night photos' as well? 🙄😒

      Another very cool thing is reverse speech. David Oates figured out that we don't like to lie and not only does our body tell on us, so does the language we use. I have known about this case from day one. I think RUclips suggested one of the newer videos from 2021 and here I am. I speak Spanish and perfectly understand the Spanish spoken here. I'm also carefully reading the body language from the man in this video. He happens to have had full control of the narrative even before day one when we found out Kris and Lisanne were missing. Here he is seen serving coffee to the Dutch news team and basically sells his narrative with the monkey bridge. This is one of most horrendous crimes I've ever learned of. The corrupt Panamanian government during the investigation decided that the "lost in the jungle" narrative would suit them. President Ricardo Martinelli, the incumbent man in charge in Panama spent time in jail himself recently and his two sons are being held in jail in Guatemala by order of Interpol for money laundering and other crimes. Ricardo Martinelli has been released and I have heard he is preparing to run for office once again. The girls were clearly abducted and then led like cattle through unknown trails to an unknown destination. It seems to me Kris may have been murdered very early after the encounter. Kris's personality indicated she was not shy and might have rebelled against the abductor(s). From the little I have learned and evidence presented, it seems to me that Lisanne was held alive as a sex slave until the heat was too much for the predator(s) and the rest is history. Perhaps she was held at the coffee farm in the middle of the dense jungle. I felt extremely upset when I saw "F", the tour guide selling the narrative to the parents along the trail. I immediately took notice of his machete.

      These interviews are given around seven days after the disappearance, by this point in time the search parties (Sinaproc) have concluded that the two friends are not to be found on the Pianista, and here above you saw Guide F follow that general view - note his phrasing is very precise "you cannot leave the trail without noticing". So at this point in time there _was_ an awareness in Boquete that something strange was perhaps going on.... but nobody there wanted any negative publicity that would give the town a bad reputation internationally. Particularly the guides, who especially rely on tourism and a sense of the area being perfectly safe and crime-free.

    Revisiting this interview is always refreshing, given on April 8th 2014 and the same day/night the photographs on the Camera will be taken, and here is a Guide making a curious admittal that it isn't possible to get OFF the trail, but it is very possible to walk on and on and forget the time.... think on that and you see the paradox - you can't get off the trail as it is so restrictive and defined. But you forget the time and... somehow can''t turn back?!
    His suggestion is that the two walked all the way to the river, the bridge. I would have to assume here that Sinaproc *did* walk that far and check the bridges, they find nothing, but exactly two months later the guide leads a party that finds denim shorts just down from the bridge, and other remains and items further downstream.
    Two months later. So where *were* Kris and Lisanne in that time?!! You have to suppose that they were somewhere stranded along the river, upwards from the second bridge as this is where the shorts are found. But the guide is convinced that there was an accident here, at the second bridge... why not the first bridge, further upstream?
    None of this has sat well with me. But this interview above, April 8th, the night photographs will (coincidentally?) apparently be taken later that same night, just after this guide has ventured his view here on the news that the two may have walked all the way to the river. Because they couldn't turn back on this trail that you cannot get lost on...?
    Like his Police statements, it doesn't make sense when actually looked at.

As far as i know that's not the truth.

But when not even his house was checked (his houses, I have to say here), nor his lands, nor his mobile phone... Like wth? NO they did not report them missing right away, true. Although this depends on everyone's definition of right away. But the guide and a staff member of the langauge school weere stood up by 8 AM on Wednesday the 2nd and they went into their bedroom soon after, around 9 AM and then it took them till 7 PM to go to the police and start calling the mother of Lisanne. Love your work, Scarlet. I've read your blog and it's excellent. Thanks to you, and some others justice can still come.
    So what can we do next?
    There are too many inconsistencies and too many coincidences in this case. The local police did not give the case due care and attention. It needs to be re-examined.. Under International law/ Universal Jurisdiction Dutch police need to re-enter the vicinity of the crime scene, and thoroughly interrogate all key players, in particular one person. Cadaver dogs need to be re-deployed, and extensive searches of relevant dwellings must be re-conducted. We cannot write this one off. Panamanian police must co-operate. We owe it to Lisanne and Kris, and Alex Humphrey, as well their families.

    • @scarletr.7753
      @scarletr.7753  3 года назад +2

      Thanks for your kind message. Agreed, this case could have been helped if the investigation had been done by the book. But it was trashed, especially the part that was executed in Panama. Some things have been done well I suppose but a lot of stuff was either not investigated or done poorly. Crime scenes were not secured, fingerprints were not recorded from search teams, soil samples weren't taken, suspects weren't drilled and their houses not inspected for evidence. A lot of that cannot be redone. Not 7 years after the fact. Then there is serious doubt about what has been done to the SD card of the camera. Was it manipulated and if not, how come the metadata shows that certain images were manipulated? If photo/video 509 went missing, how do we know there weren't more photos or videos taken after April 8th that were deleted by a 3rd party? Why were most of the bodies never found? How come no suspects were found, despite several different fingerprints and DNA traces having been found on the belongings? It is really sad and still some people online and in the media are trying to spin this mess into a successful investigation lol.

    • @WantonMyth
      @WantonMyth 3 года назад +1

      @@scarletr.7753 Granted a lot of it cannot be redone. Some of the locals might believe past is the past, however it is not. Cadaver dogs can find remains that are several decades old.
      We need to hear from the key players, and they must be cross referenced thoroughly. We need to hear (a lot more) from the school owner, the host mother, all of the tour guides in the area (in particular one) and their respective families, to name but a few.
      Many have seen the process of seeking confessions damaging. Using old techniques such as the Reid Interrogation, wrong confessions can be made.
      A new method is using open ended questions like a journalist might. Police can identify deception based on 'cognitive load', which can lead liars to stumble, as they try to keep their stories straight - *Think Emily Maitlis' technique on a certain royal*
      Presently Boquete locals would be hostile towards more of the usual police-style interrogation, but this is a non-confrontational method. Police would not be going in with a view to 'kick arse' as it were. Basically it's a better way of talking to people. This method would give rise to a proliferation of data, that could be used in conjunction with new DNA findings.
      Are you able to recommend to Dutch police the work of Dr. Saul Kassin, Professor of Psychology, Williams College? He or his team could assist. It would be a new way of looking at an old problem.

      @@WantonMyth the problem is this: the Dutch prosecution has said/written that they were not leading in this investigation. Fancy way to see they could do jack shit and were depending on whatever the Panamese authorities gave them to do. Which was mostly to look at the digital camera and the two phones. But AFTER the Panamese inspected them first and it also looks like they messed about with some of the digital photos even (see Imperfect plan's latest post for this). Now the Dutch say: we cannot reopen the case. Sure, the girls were Dutch citizens, but it are the Panamese who decide on this. So please ask the public prosecutor from Panama to reopen. No surprise that Panama is not interested however in reopening the case. No, Pitti who has been criticized to the moon and back, actually defends her shoddy work. You see, there is no way this case will be reopened, short of a perpetrator stepping forward, for all to see in the media, and claiming to have new info. The thing that makes people not convinced that cartel members were involved in this disappearance, is because usually (?) cartels are said to just make their victims disappear entirely. They don't typically fuss about with backpacks and some bones, 2 months after the fact. Cartels are well oiled machines in ruthlessness. I still would be interested in why the girls should have put their bras to their backpack? From all what I read and viewed so far we only know that they lived until the last photo at the small river. Everything else could have done someone else. I just don't get what possibly might have happened. If they were injured they would have stayed on the trail or would have tried to walk back. So what on earth makes you wander deeper into the jungle? Surely no accident. So if there was no assault or abduction they maybe ran away from something? Maybe very, very afraid to take the path back because somebody was waiting there? Trying to reach a jungle village? On the other hand I really don't like people to put their finger on a specific person. Guys you just can't blame anybody with the information provided. That's very unfair.

Initially police thought therefore that Kris and Lisanne were much later on that trail, but later that was corrected. As for the witness statements: they were mostly cast aside. I keep the option open however thast Kris and Lisanne did return from their hike and were then seen by witnesses and that they made it to a swimming spot (Caldera) where things went wrong. But this is another theory altogether

      But maybe they did, because it was mostly downhill on the way back, still the timing would have to be really tight. There'd probably have to be a car waiting to pick them up to race them to the other location and then immediately call 911 once they got there.
      But then that wouldn't make sense if people saw them in town. Unless they stopped off to pick up supplies or something..
      That's the thing about this case, there are so many theories that could potentially be true, depending on what data you focus on..

    Feliciano Gonzalez did it.
    He would also take some of his clients to a three day trek above and along the same route of El Pianista towards some indigenous tribes. These girls also carried the same trek further where they can be seen in their last photo of 1st April.
    Now the major point is Feliciano has 2 personal property on that 3 day trek route which was used for a night stop for his clients on that 3 day trek.

    • @scarletr.7753
      @scarletr.7753  2 года назад +2

      The place of the night photos has never been identified. Nobody until this date has been able to pinpoint it to a specific place, and provide the visual evidence of it. These night photos have very generic natural elements to them (V-shaped tree, a specific patterned rock) but they have never been found. Some tour guides have said off the record that they believed it to be the location of one of the cable bridges, behind the Pianista trail, but this is highly unlikely for a multitude of reasons, not least because those places were searched and frequented by others in the days and weeks past and Kris and Lisanne weren't there.

      @@arnolddonaldson7129 Hi Arnold, there have been multiple eyewitnesses who saw and spoke to the girls near the start of the trail between 3 and 4 pm on April 1st. Or so they claimed. People tend to dismiss whatever case detail or testimony doesn't match their preconceived theory about what happened. But it is just a very messy, all over the place case due to poor investigation work, lots of omissions in the case info, witness statements all over the place. The times of the calls and the photos could have been easily manipulated in theory, sicne we know for a fact that Betzaida Pitti and her team altered, rotated, brightened and photoshoped the photo originals (!) on the memory card on June 17th, before sending them to the netherlands for the prime investigation which they delegated to the Dutch. Such grave errors... it opens the door for all sorts of unorthodox theories. I think personally that they were on the trail but that they returned and that the summit photos (blue sky with tiny clouds vs very clouded sky) were not taken seconds apart as it seems now, but hours apart. That they returned and went swimming (swimming photo) and were kidnapped afterwards. That theory has some holes like every other theory (including the accident theories). It is just unfortunate that we don't have all the facts so we can come to the one and only right theory more easily.

    The guide says at minute 3:36. of this video that if you fall into a raging river of water you will no longer be able to get up. But he is wrong because apparently the young women did get up, because they made calls for help. and from the turbulent water no one can make a call. So there's little chance they fell into the water, but that's what the guide wants us all to think,
    There is convincing evidence to refute the theory of an accident or that they were eaten by cannibals. And this proof is that both accidents and cannibals do not know how to delete photos. 2 plus 2 is 4.

    The fact that the dog made it back home could mean that from the last location where the photo was taken, the two girls headed back and maybe somewhere along the trail back or when they've gotten out of the dense forest, they've encountered someone (third party/the missing link) who might have convinced or worse have abducted them to go somewhere else and that's where all the mysteries kick in. That answers the question why their remains were found 5-10 miles away from the pianista trail and all those mysterious photos were taken at. Someone might have tried to unlock the phone and same person who deleted some of the photos in the cam. In conclusion, they were murdered. And the guide who knows the place could be the culprit and I believe he's not alone when he did that. He should be investigated.

It occurred during the administration of President George Bush. I guess Panamanians then began to think all white people were trash and had to be exploited, robbed and ejected. The debacle of arresting Noriega was televised world wide. This may be the movie, "Noriega: God's Favorite", but I was watching a movie with an actor portraying Noriega. He would say things like, "OK, I'll be your indian, I'll do what you say." Indicating that he was taking orders from someone else. In this movie Noriega says gringos are "sick in their soul" because they use so much alcohol and hard drugs including pot.

      They should have sent the cadaver dogs back in April of 2014 :( They should also have gone through his phone, his call history, online search history and see where his phone was during those days. But nothing was done and now it is all too late for those sort of forensic investigation...

    Did the girls really go hiking without a gun for protection? What were they thinking?

      It is very difficult for western girls on holiday in Panama to purchase a gun, illegally. In the Netherlands guns are also illegal. But I agree with you that one should never go out hiking in the desolate wild alone without a gun, I certainly am always prepared.

    Apparently there was a red flag concerning this guy prior to Dutch girls situation, he made unwanted move on one of his female client year before that. It is documented on reviews. Besides he wasn't alone on his in my opinion , he must have tiped off other tribes in jungle,specially once they know there are North European girls in area. Dinner is served, all planned and executed..Whole world knows in remote areas lime here, CANNIBALISM exist.fact
