Feelings aren't reliable, there's a lot of things that can be in our bodies and souls that would make things feel a way they absolutely should not. The Bible says all things are lawful for me but not all things are profitable. God will lead you to what is good for you, and sometimes it can take more time praying on than we are comfortable--sometimes because of spiritual interference, like what happened with Daniel. I was told recently that the Holy Spirit doesn't lead us to some music that can be loud, it kind of drowns Him out. He is the still small voice.
I have several up on this channel. "Music Frequencies" and "Radical Resilience" for starters, as well as several more interviews where I talk about frequencies. Other than that, you do need to be careful. Just remember, if it glorifies our Creator, it is safe. If it glorifies and concentrates on the creation (us), that is a red flag.

I always plays Steve’s harp music when I get visit, and when I need peace, my guests always comment on the peace effect of his music.
Issue i had was that i was told metal music is demonic but when i used to listen to it i felt safe, secure, comfortable❤ what about that
I think more important are the words and the life of artist than the genre.
