I am a recording artist that started performing and recording all my music in 444hz years ago. It is a small change from the usual 440hz frequency that was set by the Rockefellers and the Nazi regime in 1939, but it makes a world of difference. Many people have said my music is healing and lets them get in touch with their hearts. What I know for sure as a musician is that this tuning feels so natural.

..this video is so grossly generalising of A440 and looks at music as if it is all just one note - A440. It hasn't taken into affect major and minor key differences, octave registers, or stacked frequencies ie harmony, which all create odd frequencies that are both dissonant and consonant in their effect depending on how the score is composed. Music is meant to have light and dark and in between, just like colour has light and dark. It's call the tension and release of the human condition. Your intuition will tell you the feel of the music, trust your gut and the way it resonates with you, not some stupid video generalising all music as just the note A as a tuning.
This rage is exactly how l feel, when ever l hear people talking on the radio or on the TV news.

I went to college for graphic design, and was excited about it. Until I discovered that the professor had put a radio in the art building which was on incessantly. I served an LDS mission from January 2020 to August 2021. Just before ecovid, throughout, and then towards the mandates being lifts. No TV, no wifi. Working from only one cellphone per companionship. We listened to strictly gospel, uplifting, and christian music. First thing in the morning, and through our personal studies. Returning home became difficult because of the new disgusting music that had come out. Praising degradation towards women. Songs by men hating women, and songs by women objectifying women and hating men.
My diet had also changed during my mission which I am so grateful for now. My body has rejected worldly music and has been drawn to a lot of classicals and instrumentals. My body has also rejected fast food, and grocery store food. My dream of the future has changed drastically in comparison to who I was prior to my mission. I thought I wanted to live in a big and lavish mansion indulged in luxury. Since my mission, my dream is to have a big family, on a big piece of land, with green pastures. Simple home life. Away from the cities. Fields filled with cows, horses, chickens, goats. Where our only source of entertainment were our instruments, and the sounds of nature.

I have heard buzzing and ringing in my ears my whole life. Worse, I’ve been feeling it in my chest and neck my entire life. I visited my friend in New Mexico and he has a cave carved out by Ra. When I made my way up to the bedroom suddenly tears just started pouring from my eyes. I wasn’t sobbing. I daily listen to Hardcore Hip-Hop/ Gangsta Rap / Horrorcore Rap in 432hz and i never felt anger or some other negative emotions just enjoyed creativity of that content. Even in my "440hz times" I was enjoying that music(but not so much like in 432hz). If you feelin negative emotions about some "negative content music genre" that means you focusing on negativity instead of creativity or maybe that music just is not your cup of coffee.For example some of my friends listens to TEKNO and I don't like it so I don't feel comfortable that's regular human reaction.

It hasn't taken into affect major and minor key differences, octave registers, or stacked frequencies ie harmony, which all create odd frequencies that are both dissonant and consonant in their effect depending on how the score is composed. Music is meant to have light and dark and in between, just like colour has light and dark. It's call the tension and release of the human condition. Your intuition will tell you the feel of the music, trust your gut and the way it resonates with you, not some stupid video generalising all music as just the note A as a tuning.

When I was a little girl, I always questioned the music that was played on the radio. I only liked music that had lyrics that made me happy and uplifted. When I heard music of women being sad, I was mad at the person who it was meant for. So many broken hearts. I loved songs from hymns. Yes, I was a different child. Then Rap came along. My body was frazzled and I wasn't the person I know I'm supposed to be. I agree completely that frequencies do affect us. I always have and still do. Long ago something went wrong with humans, and we've been living in disharmonics ever since.
There have been many frequencies used as the base from 400-500 hz. Although I do agree that frequency does affect mood, I have doubts that the base frequency of standard tuning is that influential. I could be wrong.
I believe the power of music is in the way notes and chord progressions come together. A major scale will sound happy. A minor scale will sound sad. A diminished scale will sound dissociated. A good artist can make a minor key sound happy, but there is still a sad undertone.
The Weeknd’s I can’t feel my face, is a perfect example of a happy sounding song with sad undertones. It is played in the key of A minor. Listen to the lyrics. Even though the song comes across as happy to many people, it is actually very dark. What I would be concerned with is the unconscious association between happiness, and, in the weeknd’s case, hopeless addiction. How does manipulation of our mood towards certain subject matter affect our psyche?
@Lee2Studios. Standard tuning is 440hz A. If you want to record in 432hz, go for it. Do what feels right for you. Many bands do different tunings for different songs.
Well the 440 Hz sounds agitated. So to me frequency plays a big part. But I agree with more things like lyrics and the intentions behind it. There is more to it certainly. The agitation of 440 Hz is because the frequency is slightly higher than it should be. It is the same as someone talking to you in a slighter higher and quicker tone - you will not notice it untill you will consciously observe what is happening, then you can explain the agitated uneasy feeling. The person is in an uneasy state. However many urban people are agitated and they don't really realise it. It is all stress and dopamine addiction. And this is exactly how singers sing today too - they ALWAYS frown their eyebrows when they sing it (without realising it). And I bet everybody frowns their eyebrows too! Only almost nobody notices it! Or says that it is natural, to be empatic with the ahem.. 'true to the heart music' (not at all but anyway..). Well people don't understand empathy and emotions then. It is just a merry go round in having pity for yourself....OMG so much to say about music and society today....But try for an exercise to find your own 'relaxation' frequency.. try to ehmmm...ohmmm...and try to feel what note feels most like YOU. Record it in audacity and make a frequency spectrum to find out the frequency.

If you don't have a tuner you can set up for a C4 reference, the closest you can get to that in equal temperament is to tune to 430 Hz. Then your C4 comes in a 255.64 Hz and your C3 comes in at 127.82. It doesn't have to be absolutely precise; anything less than a Hertz off in either direction will still have the same resonance-inducing properties.
