I think 4 times a day for washing could be too much, maybe 2 max with a very gentle cleanser with ample moisturizing. Glad you are feeling more confident with your skin cole 😊
Cole, for you skin issues, make sure to wash your pillow cases every few days. or get one for each day of the week and change it every day. that will help allot.
As a 30 year veteran of acne I would recommend no more than two washing a day with a mild cleanser like Cetaphil or Cerave. Overirritated skin can also contribute to breakouts.
Agrees. His skin is exposed to a lot. Scrubbing too much might agitate it worse. Not sure about the diet part he's talking about if that helps or not. Bought my kids Proactive and it worked instantly. And after using it for less then 6 months, the acne disappeared and never came back. They were both thankful. $19.95 well spent.
I find washing my face is the least effective treatment for my adult acne. Way more impactful is getting enough sleep, avoiding sugary foods and excessive simple carbs, and remembering to use Differin at night and my salicylic acid moisturizer in the morning. And limiting dairy to cheese. Keep it up Cole, a small bit of everything all works together to keep it in check. 🙂It’s a good health indicator, your body’s early warning sensor!
The best treatment is to apply oil to one’s face. I use refined coconut oil so it doesn’t smell but a good olive oil will work as well. Applying oil prevents the skin from drying out and the pores will decrease oil production and oil is a great antibacterial. Totally counterintuitive but I’ve tried everything OTC and prescription and nothing has worked better.
Cole, when I bought my new pickup, I made an appointment and took it to Rhino Linings of Des Moines, located in Pleasant Hill and had them Rhino line the bed of my new pickup. It is really nice and very durable. You ought to do this with your new pickup. You would really like it.

The easier way to empty an oil drum is makeshift a piece of pipe to reach near the bottom of the drum with a fitting to hold it in the large opening of the drum. Attach a hose or using another pipe to reach the container you want to fill. Then using your compressed air hose begin putting air into the drum through the small vent hole in the top of the drum, forcing the oil through the other pipe. Pump more air into the drum whenever the flow of oil slows down. This can usually empty the drum enough that you will be able to lift it manually to pour what is left directly into your container.
I have the same drawer system and installed it 2 weeks ago. Good luck with the drawer handle springs. I had to go to the Decked Site and watch their install videos.
My dog ate like three dark chocolate bars one day, I freaked thought for sure she was going to explode or something, did a tiny bit of research, turns out they can eat chocolate, just not a giant bucket full, so she was fine.
My cattle dog use too have chocolate all the time, he lived too the ripe old age of 18 which is a very good innings. He went to the vet every year for his needles, never had a problem. Must be like kids these days being allergic to everything.
Depends on the size of the dog and the purity of the chocolate. Pure dark chocolate, baking grade, will harm small dogs much faster than not-totally-chocolate moon pie chocolate on a mid-size dog.

They must be barnen the barn that is a new one
I have the same drawer system and installed it 2 weeks ago. Good luck with the drawer handle springs. I had to go to the Decked Site and watch their install videos.
I had a flat tire today on my skid loader trying to push snow.
That’s a bad day ❄️
@@matthewclark8651 you got that right. I was lucky to have the 7290r to use
Cole. Your decked truck box is made in northwest Ohio. Defiance is a finishing plant and Holiday City is on an injected molded plastics plant.
Dog eats chocolate in the city: INSTANT DEATH
Dog eats chocolate in the country: Nom Nom Nom
My dog ate like three dark chocolate bars one day, I freaked thought for sure she was going to explode or something, did a tiny bit of research, turns out they can eat chocolate, just not a giant bucket full, so she was fine.
Depends on the size of the dog.
@@kevinb2469 makes sense.
One thing you should look into Cole is a bedliner for you truck, especially a spray in one, because it will save your bed.
Cole you answered that question? You are killing me. Watch out it might be to personal.
I'd personally suggest a rhino liner and a brush guard... deer see new truck and like, ooohh nice truck, be afraid if I stepped in front of it..
The rhino line helps against having weak spots thats to our iowa Winters and what the DOT uses for them
What’s with that daddy corn star. Coles normally out there till 2:00 am. Whimp 😂 😂😂🥺🤣
🤣🤩
I’ve never seen a truck tool box like this. It will be interesting to see it when you are done!
Serious question, whats up with Anna's back, was she injured at one time or was she born hunch backed
She really old and a lot of dogs that breed look like that .at least ones I have seen in my lifetime.german Shepard have hip dysplasia issues .most breeds of dog have issues that why you want to look into that and if you want to care for them their while life if they come up with breed issues.
I think she's OK, we had a dog (fox terrier) who used to hunch up like that when he was cold, scared or was getting rubbed on the belly (excited).
She is really old, about 14 they've said.
12 year old Boston Terrier does the same thing
The unintentional Dog snack was hilarious! Cole, your Dad is a good man & pretty dang funny!
Good night everyone from England, UK
Those boxes are great. Some can hold a quad on top of them. Now all you need is a tonneau cover!
