    it would be really nice if you would be able to do a follow along of the warm ups! i find it helps get through the mental dread of the warm up and i actually end up doing it

    Very helpful. How could one integrate calisthenics with traditional resistance (weight) training, being a beginner?

      I am glad. There are two main ways you could do this. Either with weighted calisthenics, which is one of the things in my program. Or by either doing your compound movements as calisthenics and your isolation work with traditional weights and dumbells, that or the other way around.
