    Nice video. There’s so many 2049 cars; the idea of unlocking all of them on an arcade machine that wasn’t at home is absolutely ridiculous.

      Not to mention that some are track specific.

      that concept is a lot more successful in japan, they still do it regularly (honestly I don’t know why they don’t port any of them to houses they’re already ready for it)

    I’ve only played Rush 2049 in this franchise. I like how the cars explode and become a pile of ashes when they crash.

      That "customization" its only a pre-selected bodykit with a paintjob, the player can't choose the color and others items.

    You skipped the Ford GT90 on Rush 2 sadly
    (The Prototype is the Ford GT90)

    my god you are the first person ever to have posted the ps1 cars for the original game, tell me did you use the rocket car in the championships

    • @DarthMarino
      @DarthMarino  2 года назад +1

      I used the Viper and Camaro for everything but I cheated with save states. My goal was just to get these cars unlocked since I couldn't find a save file or code. I never played this version before.

    • @DarthMarino
      @DarthMarino  2 года назад

      You can play as those cars using a game genie code as well but I figured I would unlocked them to get them on the transmission select screen.

      @@DarthMarino you know it would’ve been a lot easier if you used the rocket car, you could wreck a thousand times and still win easily what with it going over 350 mph

      @@Leedleleedle101 I used those cars at first since I had to find a bunch of keys so I was used to how the controlled. I didn't see any documentation on finding those so I had to explore. It wasn't too bad and I had the infinite time code one.

    I think you missed the Prototype (Ford GT90) from Rush 2.
    Granted, getting all 12 keys on a single track is pretty daunting.

    • @DarthMarino
      @DarthMarino  Год назад +1

      There might be a few more missing now that I'm looking at it again. I remember when I first did it, I used an all cars code but then realized the Mountain Dew car wasn't part of that. I think when I redid it with a save file I had, it didn't have everything that should have been there.

      @@DarthMarino TBH, the only other ones left out are the Taxi, Hot Rod, and F1 car (unlocked at 3, 6, and 9 keys respectively), and you did cover them in SF Rush (& The Rock) anyway, so if you don't want to bother with them again, that's fair.

    • @JTread2003
      @JTread2003 10 месяцев назад

      That's insane, I just looked it up. I'm kind of a car guy too and somehow I never knew that this was a real car that existed. I love the look of it too. This was always my favorite car to play as in Rush 2 and I'd have to unlock it every time because I didn't have a controller pal. It'd be so cool if they actually released the car

    Odd how it's all over the cover of the first game.

      The extreme cars in the first game are based on the Bugatti EB 110, Chevy S-10 and Lotec Sirius.

      Correct. It has almost everything. I think two courses are missing a paint job that requires a fast time on time trials plus the link cars on the last two courses added in tournament edition.
