“I owe the whole restaurant an apology” oh but not the woman you just yelled at for her doing her job? Ok
Well she shouldn’t have cut into his meat without asking, watch the whole video!
@@henryj.3724 I did, and she was checking the meat, and doing what chef Ramsay was instructing her to do, the women came in not knowing how far the men have gotten, and they were assessing the situation. He did not communicate at all, he just acted like a little kid because a woman had to come over and help. The way he reacted was uncalled for and he even knew that which was why he was apologizing.
@@lunawolf2185 Communication goes both ways, like you have said the woman came into his station without knowing what he is doing. She didn't even ask him what he needs help with and cut into his meats that he was about to cook, complaining it was raw. I am not excusing his anger, but, this could be all avoided if she asked what he needed help with and not act all superior for completing their side first. He in the end apologizes, but did the woman? This is just blatant double standards.
@@andrewapel5401 I will critize that person however I like to criticize them. Its ironic that he needs to get his points across better when she doesn't and wouldn't listen to any. He wasn't the one who walk into the station without asking what needs to be done and then complaining it wasn't done.
@@andrewapel5401 Because she never asked him! You don't help someone by not asking what is the problem. At 0:54 she cut into the chicken without asking and at 1:14 she instigated him while he was correcting her. You are criticizing him for going "full throttle" but guess what, again she started first at 1:24 !
WATCH THE VIDEO FIRST!!!
They both didn't communicate when they needed, I'll admit. But, it is really ironic for you to say "He has communication problems and can’t expect her to just magically understand his station" when she did the exact same thing!
Every person acts like a “badass” until Gordon steps in
Yeah its crazy right it's not like its his show or anything

Just because he was right (and he was), doesn’t mean he can be verbally abusive to someone else. To get that close to someone’s face and start screaming isn’t right
True but tbf if you tell someone that it's hasn't been cooked yet and they starr cutting into it saying it's raw I would start shouting cuz they're not listening. But getting in their face is Ramsay's thing I would do it it's just rude
@@kyanabbott5901 they were both in the wrong
Tbh, this is true. But why is it that everytime it’s the other way around, y’all keep y’all mouth shut? A man screams at a girl and it’s a blood fest but when she screams at him, it’s just a misunderstanding
He is right but the right thing to do is what the head chef says. Head chef said to have someone else on your station you shut your mouth and give them the responsibility. If Sandra makes a mistake then it's on Sandra
It’s wrong but how else is she supposed to listen the shouted normally it didn’t work he said calmly it didn’t work so he had no option but to fucking get her to stop ruining the chicken
"I owe the whole restaurant and apology" you didn't yell at the restaurant, you yelled at someone who was sent over there to help you.
You clearly don't understand anything about why he said that. What a prime way to show your ignorance about the service industry.
And doing absolutely nothing to help. Just screwing up his work.
Will Smith logic. Apologizing to anybody but the victim.

@@DaShikuXI I mean considering I work in hospitality I would think I know a decent amount about it lmao. He did owe the restaurant an apology but more than that he owed the person he yelled at one. There is never a good excuse for that behavior towards someone trying to help fix a mistake YOU made

I used to think that Gordan was a mean and nasty person until I watched his other shows; Hell's Kitchen is basically Food Boot Camp and he is on them so hard because he wants them to succeed and grow into the besr chefs humanly possible
The Only Thing Humans are equal in is Death he’s rough on them because their supposed to be professional chefs already while in master chef they’re learning or mostly self taught
Food Boot Camp is right. I was thinking of a.drill Sargent
I think a large amount of it is also exaggerated, which is pretty obvious with it being a reality show. But if you watch his british shows, it's a very different attitude to his american shows
Gordon did an interview where he talks about why he is different attitude on different shows
Basically in Hells Kitchen you competing for a 100k plus job to be the head chef at a big restaurant
While in Master Chef it's people learning how to cook
The people on Hells kitchen should all have training or have been cooking for years and not be amateurs
While master chef, and the kids shows are all amateur cooks so he holds the chefs to much higher standard
The problem with allot of these chefs is they make the dumbest mistakes! Most, if not ALL these people WORK in restaurants and completely screw up the most basic things! Rissotto, Scallops, Wellington, hell, PASTA! These are things most 1st year culinary school students should know! If things like remembering to turn your stove on are THAT difficult to remember, they are in the WRONG business!

Yes but not like that. Gordon never looses his control, he yells, he screams, but he NEVER intimidates someone like that. @@73Stargazer not sure if I'd work with a girl in my workplace though. where I work doesn't have females. it actually feels like bliss
I can see why he would be mad she straight up cut into uncooked chicken and asked why it was raw
Nick Sacco fr tf she cut it open for😂
Tanner Cox to see if it was cooked
@@tatiannajackson127 it wasn't even cooked though makes no sense. I guess under pressure and trying to shine she just got loopy.
Maybe it’s just the fact that I’m not a professional chef but from the angle it’s not clear at all that that meat hasn’t been cooked yet. It’s brown on the outside.
@@wiseguymotionpictures1416 yea but when you touch it you can tell its raw or cooked
Sandra: "Don't tell me what to do"
Jason: "Well then get--...get out of here!!!"
*Speech 100*
I know cause it's not on fire yet you dumb little--
"These are gonna need three minutes, Jason, they're really raw."
"We haven't fired them yet, don't cut them open."
"Got it, what else needs doing?"
It's that simple
Even simpler:
"Where are you at with these?"
"They are waiting to be fired"
"Got it, what else needs doing?"
Too bad blue team got all pissy about red team having to help, and red team got all cocky n arrogant because they were doing better that one night
Exactly
Funny how you are justifying screaming on peoples faces literally on work time if it was the opposite you will be like women shouldn’t work because they are to emotional🥴
" jason it's raw"
He could have said "I know that, we are going to finish cooking it in the oven". His ego got to big and he has angry issues
She was yelling at him
@@adios5072 She started talking calmly he was the one who started yelling 1st
@@RedReaper14 she was clearly yelling first he just got louder
@@RedReaper14 she didn't listen when he told her straight up to not cut it open!
@@stainz7709 yes and that’s part of her problem but there’s no excuse for him to get into her face like that over a fish especially since she was put there to help him
The red team finally got a good service cause Simone wasn’t there to drag them all down
I know right thank god that useless idiot left.
Just so you people know, Sandra came back for the final challenge between Scott and Jason. She was the last pick and went to Jason's team. While the rest of Jason's team gave their best, Sandra refused to communicate and deliberately sabotaged Jason by repeatedly sending underseasoned, burnt, raw or half-cooked food. Jason lost to Scott as a result.
can't blame her, if you really dislike someone enough you don't want them to win and you can no longer be punished or be eliminated then i would do the same. besides the way he behaved to her in this video i would had went the payback route as well.
@@NagumoHaruya you must be 12
Jason didn't deserve the win regardless. He's admitted to having anger issues and there's no room for that in the kitchen.
This is how it be in foods and nutritions class
Was he not correct though? You cut open meat which isn't done cooking and the moisture comes out and it gets dry.
Yeah, he shouldn't have screamed and gotten physical but if she did that at any other point during the show Ramsay would've told her that she's a donkey for cutting raw chicken
@@_Moralle yeah, both were in the wrong, would've been fun to have Gordie shred both of them
I agree but he could have pointed that out without going nose-to-nose with her
@@rossomac21 seems like he was trying at first but his ego got a little heated and let it out.. He has some respect
He was right but in the heat of the moment, he should have let her screw up and draw Chef's ire.
Everybody gangsta until Gordon says
*Come here you*
I wanted to quote something but every single sentence said is gold lmao
Why are people ignoring the fact that it wasnt fired yet? Duh it's raw. People love to think guys have self-esteem issues.
1:20
*Anger is loading.....*
1:40 No, he's screaming at her because she's trying to cut open the chicken. He's completely right, she's completely wrong.
He's not right for getting in her face and screaming at her calling her a "stupid little bitch". She was sent over there to help, like wtf dude?
@@kimberlyh.1090 And she tried to sabotage them. She screamed at him first, made up lies about what he did as well, etc.
@@DCGMatthew1 Lol what would be the point it was already a dominant win for the women's team. I think she just messed up. Granted still think hes wrong in his actions, suppose to act professional.
@@DCGMatthew1 wym you got all that from this clip as you can see he got mad first cause she was cutting it open to see if it was raw or not she was helping like the chef told her too he got in her face and called her a little bish maybe if they worked harder they could have been finished and would not need the women’s help
@@CosmicKenzie She literally screamed first. He calmly asked her multiple times why she's cutting it open and told her not to. She did anyway and started screaming at him that Gordon told her to help and to not tell her what to do. As he said, he knows they're raw and she has no reason to cut it open.
