Thank you very much Pat. I'll try to make that happen, but it's a little more difficult when the pipe discharges to a storm drain. I did get permission to come back and do a follow up video. We'll wait for the grass to come in. Thanks again, Tom
Thank you very much Chris. I'm glad you liked it. Dawn is working on part 2. The job came out great and the customer is very happy. Thanks again and have a great evening, Tom
Looking good so far Tom. What a mess but when your done they’ll have a backyard to enjoy… by the way I bought a 3” dry core bit the other day $145. Not cheap but great to have
Thank you Allan. The customer is very happy. You're right about the dry core bits. The ones I use for coring are 4-1/2" from Dril Tec. They can drill concrete with reinforcement. Not cheap but great to have is right. Thanks again and have a great evening, Tom
Noticed from this and the last video, the neighbors have a drain pipe going into the city storm drain, yet are dumping their gutter water on the lawn, like that helps matters any.
Hi Terry, The town attached these homeowner's sump pumps to the storm sewer when they installed the catch basins. The town didn't tie in anything else. The homeowner we're working for has his sump pump tied in on the other side of his house and there wasn't enough pitch to use that line. So, we ran a new one and his neighbor was nice enough to let us cross her property and attach to her catch basin. You are right, the neighbor has a tie-in and she's not making the most of it. Maybe she'll give us a call and we can take care of that. Thank again, Tom
Thank you very much AceLink. That song is Beautiful Nighmares by Adelyn Paik. We've used several of her songs. Very unique. Here is a link - ruclips.net/video/8ywTcsbKPNQ/видео.html Thank again and have a great week, Tom
Then we try to access the pipe that runs between the catch basins. We have a couple videos on that. Usually the engineering department has schematics showing if and where they are. Hopefully it’s in the grass and not in the street. You can also just look in the catch basin and see if the pipe runs towards your property.

I really enjoy the work, especially with your music. What song or artist is at 15:32? It's a dang catchy tune!

What if the catch basin is not near the property

Where's the fabric and rock at?
You can see the french drain in part 2. Part 1 is the city tie in.
