- In this video I collect my stage 4 MSL Performance tuned A45 AMG!
Currently the most powerful in the uk.. the map for this set up is still under development as we belive additional mods and further mapping are required to allow the car to run at its full potential.. anyway so far so good!
engine modifications are as follows -
TTE550 TURBO, 4 INCH INTAKE ,DUEL PORT AEM METH INJECTION, ARMYTRIX CATLESS CERAMIC COATED DP, AIRTEC FRONT MOUNT CHARGE COOLER, DTE PEDAL BOX.

your race start needs to be set at least a thousand RPM over the OEM 4k rpm, since you are on boost from 4700rpm on, else you just launch undertorque and it's just bad (you see it almost stalls), anyways you better also limit your torque from what you got now to 550NM (400ish ftlb) unless you did something to the gearbox, else you are going to blow it, engine is good internals are forged, gearbox is the problem (A45 owner here)
Engines are good upto 650nm

According to the graph. I bet the car was misfiring like crazy... you need reconsider about the tuner
That is what came to my mind also. Looks pretty similar to my previous 1jz vvt-i dyno run where the ignition always started to break up after 5k rpm's up to 6.5k, and it then cleaned up suddenly. Messed up camshaft trigger signal when running sequential ignition can cause all sort of havoc under boost. I changed coils, spark plugs, gaps and finally new engine wire harness fixed it.
I have a GLA 45. 395 wheel horsepower with 100 octane tune on a mustang Dyno... Hybrid turbo with a tune and supporting mods. I believe my number is much more realistic than what he is showing in this video... How about 20% drivetrain lost with all-wheel drive is a little more realistic. Let's be real here. I'm sick of RUclips inflated numbers but this is still a great video!

Amg have forged internals out the box, good for up to 600bhp.

Gareth Hill ah, A45 owner alert.... I used to have a stage 1 A45 at 410bhp so I’m not hating or fanboying, I’ve had both cars and have the facelift RS3 now! My old A45 would have got absolutely battered by a stage 1 TTRS/new RS3. So yes, it would be a good race with this. I think you’d be hugely shocked. Let’s wait and see!

Gareth Hill lol. It’s not my opinion though, it’s fact and it’s been proven, so you can’t convince me. A stage 1 facelift RS3 would absolutely tear a stage 1 A45 a new arsehole in a straight line race. Is that what you’re disputing? Or that a stage 1 RS3 wouldn’t keep up with this 550bhp one? I take your point that the latter could be the case, but that’s why I said I’d like to see it!
Nick Sinclair new rs3 is 500 bhp stage 1 so no it won’t keep up even with 550. Watch Archie Hamilton’s videos 450 vs 450

I find the RS3 to be terribly boring looking, never getting one myself. Heard from my dealer that they expect the A45 somewhere around march/april. But I pretty much made a decision, getting a used nicely priced C63 sedan Edition 1 instead, at least for the time being

My neighbor has a stage 3 golf r with similar power and it's so crazy how the turbo rips you through the higher gears where you would normally lose torque.

Very nice!! What turbo? Here in Canada Eurocharged Canada managed to get 505 awhp - 535 awtq on a dynojet with my GLA45 AMG. Having some issue with turbo so we are working on some other stuff.

BHP is horsepower at the wheel... not crank. Your crank horsepower depends on car not the dyno. Its usually between 10-15% depending on front/rear/4 wheel drive as that is where the loss willbe. So your car is 492 BHP NOT 551
