Big Willy looks like an ideal replacement for Varane, fast, mobile, physical and with good distribution

Really needs to put in a lot of work on his ball distribution.....His passes are quite below par ......Other attributes are great.....Very confident, fast, strong with great tackles.
Yea he's a little bit erratic. I'm sure those are aspects of his game the coaching staff is working on. If he could try controlling ball after an interception, and not always clear it, he would become a great asset in helping us dominate possession. His anticipation and reaction are so good. I'm sure if paired with Licha his distribution would take an upturn

Yeah, I'm cautiously optimistic. But I still believe he should be starting games RIGHT NOW because our defenders cannot defend at the basic level.
Both players Tuanzebe and Fosu Mensah were at the time undone by regular long term injuries plus abit of Mourinho who never helps kids much, ( Rashford and Martial) too declined in Mourinho era then a novice Solskjear did not help much.. here r 4 young players who were undone by the mess at United at the time..structures are now being put in place by ineos to hv a " football focus" at United

Idk you can say that but then again what about Fernandez the left back we got from Madrid when he was young tore it up in the championship with amad and not even near the first team ?
