Crispy Fried Meatpies , hello foodzizzles family , today we are making fried meat pies also now as empanadas, easy to make and tastes so good, please find below the recipe.
This fried meat pie tastes so good , please find below the ingredients needed.
For filling
Minced beef
Onion
Pepper
Garlic
Vegetable oil
Seasoning &salt
Curry & thyme
Carrot 🥕
Diced bell pepper (optional)any colour
Spring onion (optional)
Flour or cornstarch
Water.
-For Dough
-Flour 3 cups
-Melted Butter 1/2 cup ( might be warm )
-baking powder 1 tsp
-salt 1/2 tsp
-water 1/2 cup might need more or less
-grated onion
-nutmeg 1/4 tsp (optional)
