Grew up in baltimore, lived in PA for the first decade of my adult life and then moved to the west coast. I've never liked my accent more than hearing others here point it out amusedly ^_^

No other part of sounds like Baltimore accept Ellicott City which is in eastern Howard County, Linthicum Heights, Glen Burnie, Brooklyn Park, Ferndale, Pasadena, Severn, Jesup, Odenton, Severna Park which are in northern Anne Arundel county. Baltimore is in central Maryland and our accent dominates the state.
