It's not, Ty goes too high pitched
Moving to Maryland later this year and now I'm also looking forward to the accents too.
No other part of sounds like Baltimore accept Ellicott City which is in eastern Howard County, Linthicum Heights, Glen Burnie, Brooklyn Park, Ferndale, Pasadena, Severn, Jesup, Odenton, Severna Park which are in northern Anne Arundel county.
Baltimore is in central Maryland and our accent dominates the state.
