Chest deep in the water, line tossed out middle of the deep drop; live pin fish....I saw a shadow coming towards me a shadow of a big truck over the bridge I thought...until bristled hairs scrubbed my thighs like sandpaper on a how to On this old House. It is now a good time to catch. Early in the morning, 2 hours prior and after tide changes (incoming tide preferred), calm weather condition (7 mph wind speed or less). Always make sure your jig stays bottom or you will catch lady and Spanish mackerel.
