Hahaha, it could, theoretically, but no skid marks, I think. The acceleration on these isn't too great since they're very heavy. But the turning radius is very tight so you'd get the spinning, but most likely no skid marks or smoke.
I think it’s funny how people in Chicago get mad about how this city is dirty and the city doesn’t do anything. But in reality the street sweepers run from like April to the October and they leave there cars in the street even though there signage or they get mad when there car gets towed. But they start cussing and raising all holiness when the tow truck doesn’t tow the “right car”
