Fun episode. A couple of the Barrell regular line are interesting but both it and the gray line are a little overpriced IMHO. Great illustration though of how blind head to heads are super difficult with aged spirits. Cheers!
That was pretty easy to guess the exact order those bottles would come in. That Barrel 15 yr isn’t gonna impress anyone no matter the age. Weller Full Proof is hard to beat under 120 proof. Nice comparisons though!

Sooo...that particular Weller FP is a store pick, making it a single barrel (literally, a unicorn of a unicorn product). I know you generally exclude those in the Ultimate S.C., but I guess anything goes in this format?

‘Barrel Craft Spirits’ is 🤢🤮 I’m sorry, but I HATE their Whiskey. Compare their Drams next to other traditional Bourbon Pours and you’ll see all the Flaws when trying to be Mad Scientist Blenders.
