I'm glad you guys are not part of the developer's team. That shield lasts for 5 seconds and the current skill CD is 4.7 seconds with 45% CD reduction. You know how broken it would be to keep the original skill CD? She will literally turn every teammate into prime Esmeralda.

Revert Rafaela, doubling the cd of her heal is ridiculous, I would rather have no revive and a useless passive than making her dysfunctional. Don't let the fancy new passive distract you from the fact that she will now be useless in team fights after using her ult and skill 2 once, you will be doing nothing but negligible dmg and slow while waiting for your skill 2 to comeback. Skill 2 isn't just a heal but also a movement speed boost for allies and gives immunity to slow, this is a bad patch for Rafaela.

Leomord burst damage falls off greatly in late game so he needs more burst damage and also he becomes very squishy and he has no heal either so what he needs are sustain and damage reduction percentage on horse and put the hp based damage for his ult burst as well. (Im a Leomord main too)
the hp percent is enough tbh I play leo even tho he's really horrible rn and still all he needs is survivability+damage. Tank build allows you to survive but without much Damage in the late game while full dmg build means you're just a walking liability. So the buff is nice imo

He needs a damage buff on his Mounted State 1st skill since its damage is like 30% less powerful than his Human State 1st skill. Plus Leomord 1st skill is easily cancelled even in human or mounted state so they should add a CC immune that is simillar to Terizla 2nd where the skill still casts even under crowd control for the Mounted State 1st skill. His 2nd skill CD in Human form is too long, making him an easy target in the early. Lastly, just my own suggestion... They should give him a 3rd skill during Mounted State... Phantom Dismount: Leomord jumps out of his Horse, landing in a Circular AoE and knocking up enemies. As Leomord jumps out, Barbiel will still continue going forward dealing the same damage when it was casted as ULT. The 50% of remaining duration will be used to refund his ULT cooldown.
When will they reduce the cooldown of Selena's transformation? If they reduce it only by 0.5 secs that's enough buff for her to be useful again, better than that movement speed

This is a good revamp on Rafaela. It adds so much to the lore itself- his brother refuses to die and she brings others back to life. It's cool, but now the support needs to be guarded and supported by a tanky Exp and a tough jungler probably 🤣 to make her most effective. Something like a Fredrinn Jg and Terizla/Ruby Exp for example could work. Can't say the same for a very squishy composition.
She can’t heal much in early game, 17 seconds cooldown. That’s a lot of cooldown for a support that heals quite low (her heal was turned to magic scaling as well) which is kinda useless since she don’t really build a lot of magic because she will be squishy
They can make Rafaela's res similar to Mercy from OW where she can only revive allies near her. This provides the resurrect while also making sure that there's more consequences to choices. They could also only slightly buff her healing potential and/or add a cooldown reduction based on how many allies she healed after using the ability. Her 1st ability having lesser cooldown in late-game seems fun (since I use Rafaela when I play supp). Her Ult is the one I wish they also add some focus on, I've always felt like it's missing something.

Reduced healing for enemy on skill hit already exists on Baxia. I think this version of Rafaela would be great if the CD of skill 2 is 11 seconds at all levels. That should make Rafaela usable.

I've never used Rafaela, but I think that they should leave the second skill as it is in the original server. The problem is the passive, there's too little penalties and too much too gain. Mana and cooldown is just too little. I think that it would be best if reviving cost HP. Like the amount of health the ally is revived with is based on her hp. Like she also loses 50% of her health and the ally is revived with 50% of their health, or she dies for the ally to be revived with 100% of their health. If we take the death route and if it's still too soft a punishment, maybe have half of the ally's death countdown be added on Rafaela's own countdown?
Here are my honest thoughts on Rafa. The Revive is absolutely game changer for both pro play and high ranked games. 17 second is a bit too much for a nerf, even though the heal have been buffed a lot. I do understand the nerf as the revive is extremely powerful but i do think 14 second should be a good number to start with.
I personally think this new 2nd skill of Rafaela is a big nerf to her right now because that is her only mobility in teamfights. She can be easily picked off in teamfights meaning her passive skill is useless.

For example, enemy take better support and tank then the whole team got wiped out beside rafaela because rafaela can't provide much as support or tank in team fight so what the one player she gonna revive will do? Basically, she seem good with this changes but her others skill still so bad you can barely win a team fight. It's possible to use her as mage but then you will lose massive magic damage dealer. So use her as mage and lose ton of magic damage or use her as tank/support but lose to enemy tank/support as their skill are just better for example tigreal or angela.

Nah, just change Rafaela’s passive to the revive one and don’t touch the other skills, her 2nd skill is use for movement speed as well. Movement speed+little heals (but spammable) is already good

I heard Rafaela is getting a revamp and you can see her new wallpaper on Chinese mlbb. So this patch will have to wait till it's announced that Rafaela is getting revamped for sure.
And considering how much people are on different sides it would take some time actually
