- Vanessa Marano and I sat down to talk about the slightly tweaked Bay in the "What if" episode of 'Switched at Birth' plus whether the fact that Bay and Emmett were destined to meet, in any reality, means they are meant to be.
I seriously only watch this show because Emmett and Bay are so adorable and honest. They really resemble a true couple to me. I almost cry every time they talk and nothing happens because I can feel both of there pain. I can feel that they still have a connection to each other even when she was with Ty. Bay is just being stubborn because she doesn't want to get hurt again which I can relate to but I think Emmett has proved himself to her. I love them like I loved Casey and Cappie in greek. If they don't get back together I'm gonna end up stop watching.
If bay and Emmett don't get back together then I will be real pissed
all I can say is that if Bemmett isn't endgame I'm gonna be pissed.
If Emmet and Bay don't get back together by the end if the 2nd season I am not watching the show any more!
Bay and Emmett ARE meant to be because in the other AU in Daphne's mind when the switch never even happened they are bf/gf!!! They are together in some way in both AUs. Yes he cheated and yes she is with *shudders* Ty now...EW, but that doesn't mean that Bay and Emmett won't get back together in future episodes. They are perfectly imperfect and they belong together!
I respect your opinion, but I've got to disagree. Ty and Bay are not good for one another. They hardly knew each other when they're pronouncing love. He is so back an forth with her. Emmett was too, and what he did was wrong, but he went through some screwed up stuff. It has been SO long since then and he has not failed her once. They've put him in this guardian angel role for her and its so sweet. He will never see her as a friend. He's made it clear. They are a true Romeo and Juliet-love them.

So mad this whole thing including the comments was nothing but a huge spoiler for me considering I'm watching it from the beginning on Netflix and I'm not even half way through the first season. I guess that's what I get :,-(
what do they mean the "real Bay and Emmett?"Is this show based on a real life story?
