Sounds like there’s something wrong with the clutch? What’s the squealing noise? It comes and goes with the clutch lever engaging/disengaging. I’d be nervous about that frame, too. I wouldn’t trust it if there’s a chance you’ll get airborne.

How about a nylon bushing on the swing-arm axle, to protect it from the chain scraping across it during operation? Also, what size engine there?
Everything looks good except the silencer fitting, as it's very hot 🔥 and will burn inner thais of ridder, so it should be underneath the seat through frame.
Get yourself a Miller or a Hobart welder, you won't believe the difference. Don't get a Tweco welder unless you want to have to return it multiple times before you get a good one.
Well done in all respect’s! Welding gloves , visor, hearing protection ,mask, 🤔… smile cringe when I get a hot welding splatter in my flip flop sandals,🙂😉🥴 do a bit of a dance when that happens . Stay safe and build on !👍
I built myself a brat bike using an old engine;250cc, 45bhp and remapped ECU to boost torque and all. It has cost me around 700 dollars. I named it "Mr. Bully" cuz it bullied the other bikes around where ever i go😂😁. But now, it belongs to the junkyard, i miss it😓

That was my exact thought .. I don't hate the build .. but I'd go 125 or 250cc 2 stroke .. maybe something off a salvaged Yamaha YZ.
Its a 125 cc ? I have the same on my pitbike but its a 4 stroke and its good enough

If it's not jumped, it's going to take a little longer to bend behind the engine area. Same result.

Fabrication work is excellent, but the 70cc engine is under powered, for dirt bike like this engine must be 125cc. Overall good work
