That's so awesome! Thank you! I just have 3 questions. - How much gas does it give you? - How often do you need to refill it? - Do you need to empty it first (gas and fertilizer) before filling it again with manure? Thanks again!
The gas made its dependent on how much you feed into it and if you live in a hotter climate for the bacteria to do its work. But it does work fair fast if done right. Typically these systems are feed everyday throughout week. If it's pooped based or food/yard based those are daily things that occur. Do they get tossed into the system daily. You dont dump the system to refill. It needs the bacteria developed in order to make the gas. Simply pour the poo or food scraps into the tank and then walk away.

@@Mosieleng it does, but it is not as rich in what the bacteria need to produce large amounts of methane. curious thing i was told. there is no way to measure the amount of methane from any given volume of material.
@@Mosieleng it is a bit more complex that this. the digestion process depends on the levels of chemicals available for the creation of the products of digestion, in this case the gases. chicken waste was what was used at the biotech company in Heckville Texas (population 3 yes, 3 people) and the research had used all kinds of waste for this process. the way this actually works, you have to have a high volume low pressure (the specific gravity of human feces waste is 1 due to the water content) which is capable of pushing the slurry around. the math on this is .433 x depth x (radius squared x Pi) or (.433 x HR^3.14) for your pressure needed to overcome hydraulic pressure. cow manure is a bit more due to other materials in the slurry, (say 1.1) and chicken manure about 1.13) these are estimates at best. using the high volume low pressure pump, the slurry is constantly mixed and a water jacket of plumbing maintains tank temperature. an Archimedes screw slowly removes the material on one end as new content is added. the rate of discharge will increase as more is added on the other end. the problem is calculating volume has a great deal to do with the constituent content of chemical in the feces. hope this helps.

I Really Appreciate that gas which came through only the pipe line instead of the input hole🤔👌 Why can't the people upload original experiment to help the community 😔?????
Input pipe is inside the sludge and the gas is collected in the upper hollow portion of the barrel. The water (sediment) act as a membrane so that gas cannot come out through the inlet pipe (density of gas is lower than the density of sediments and because of that gas will not come out from the inlet)
After the drum fills up, the fermentation will make the solids shrink, and you have to keep adding dung-water-mixture and then removing water as the mixture settles. It will take a long time till the drum fills up with unfermentable silt, perhaps years, and then you will probably have to remove the pipe to get the settled dung out.
The bacteria in cow dung will eat plant waste and food waste what you put in and make a slurry that you can get from the tap good for gardens, very little remains a solid, your talking years until you need to screw the plastic top off the clean it out and start again
@@noornoorullah5594 Provided with the design, I believe there is no need to close the barrel entirely. As you've seen in the video, the length of the pipe is measured exactly with it's end towards the bottom of the barrel. So, not being an expert but it's sort of blocking any pressurized gas from being released with the help of the manure. Although, I'd love to understand more about the concept.

No clogging for the pipe. So, how does it store more gas if the pipe isn't clogged. Just saying..
The Gaz going up ,drum at 75% not full

Simple and amazing work

Fantastic! How do you know it's 75% filled though?
Nice 👍👍👍
And how can you maintain the pressure of gas inside...
@@markgerald5309 Bhai gas ban gai par aag nahi lag rahi plz reply
The tap fixed if kept open will start emptying, if it is filled until it's level.
@@sheetalanga Tap is 1/2 way up, not 3/4
BUT PLEASE SHOW ME HOW TO STORE THE GAS FOR LATER USE AND HOW LONG IT WILL STAY AS A GAS IN THE STORAGE VESSEL???GG
it's very simple to do this
Use a used non punctured car wheel inner tube for easy storing.
Mil gracias!

No need to close the feeder?
Good question?
Incomplete information by making free gas supply.
Although, I'd love to understand more about the concept.
what is the benefit of the faucet?
Very cool, the only thing I see here is that there's no pressure relief, just in case..
Can u help me how to do this and changes please I am planning to do
In put place is open so we don't have to worry about the out put😂😂😂
This does not need a pressure release valve since the intake pipe where you put the poo in is open so it can escape from there

Buddy, nice bio gas plant. One question how would you take out the remains?
The pipe has been used to get rid of excess waste
How many days after we want to replace the cow's waste?
