a wrong technical view,, dota 2 got default fps in high setting which is 120 .. this doesnt mean if u have higer fps in dota the more smooth u play... realy depend how you adjust the shutter fps and refresh rate in your monitor.. i have 250hz monitor and fixing my dota in rivatuner in 100-120fps it run smoothly and perfecly lined in frametime and no shutter , compare when u max the fps and doing something onm seeting, i cannot help

@@xlzz.9082 well ryzen 7 or ryzen 5 5600x would be fine , mobo, b550m go asus,aurus,and asrock.. cpu rx5600,rx6600,rtx3060 or rtx2070-2080 can do.. but if y want more budget wise gtx1600s can handle it

naa its probably bottleneck u have strong gpu but ur cpu's probably weak if you want more fps in dota upgrade ur cpu not gpu dota is cpu based game not gpu
