I hate that the game forces you into scope mode with large scopes, unlike the first game where you could aim in third person normally, and use the scope when zooming in
The ability toggle this should have been a quality of life improvement in the first patch!
If in decending order in importance dr. home would 1. enable teammates to collect heals, 2. enable you to unscope it, 3. procted focus it would be great, maybe even op...
I wouldn't mind overheal giving a little bonus armor too. I also would have preferred a different base gun, maybe Mk17.

@@DodRegnbue Sure, why not? Redeem the LMGs. Shotguns are overdue a 3rd exotic though. Dr. Home is the 4th rifle.
If you're using Sniper Specialist you can get flatline with the drone and not need the technician
Yep I run the tactician drone on several builds. It’s a very underrated skill IMO. Even at no skill tiers it stays up for several minutes and has a 16 second cool down. It’s perfect for flatline and focus builds. I run it with my Diamondback build with spotter and it works great. I also think people overlook the Diamondback and how powerful it is with the right build
I wish it worked with focus it has the 8x scope on it.

Dod, for just a moment, let us engage in a thought experiment. Imagine I'm your agent, whose job it is not so much to make you lots of money via RUclips but rather to uphold your mission by disseminating the work of this channel to as many people who love this game as possible. Here's what I'd say to you on Monday AM.
Dod, you do superb work on you channel. Your unyielding desire to develop empirical evidence in support of builds is admirable. Your efforts to call out click bait builds created by ignoble and lesser minds is laudable and much needed. Your public support of like-minded creators like I Am Fox and the praise you lavish upon these obviously worthy clan mates deserves acclaim. The sheer volume of work you've completed is spectacular. Like a proper scientist, you challenge others to examine your work, and credit those - like Dispatch- who shore up weaknesses and correct errors. This is all great stuff, and t's superior to what perhaps anyone else is doing on this game.
All that said, why the unending abrasiveness? I understand you place a premium on evidence over clicks. I admire you for it. But sometimes you're a serious tool, and as you often note, you don't care. This is fine. It's your channel, and you may run it as you see fit. One problem, however, shines wistfully like the light on the dock at the end of Gatsby: very few people are viewing your channel.
Your channel makes that of, eg, Nothing But Skillz and KVD look amateurish by comparison, yet those channels have tens of thousands of followers. Why? Say what you want about their content (and you should), but people like their videos. I like their videos, even though, as you rightly point out, their builds are almost comically poor at times. Your curmudgeonly approach to life is your business (I'm sure you've had your share of suffering. I shudder to think of what you saw as a soldier). Still, when that approach is applied throughout your channel, it is hugely unappealing. It's a damn big turn off, and a damn shame. In this very video, eg, you note your hatred for Christmas. Really? I dated Jewish girls who loved it! Okay, fine, as you please. I for one, am an historian and an atheist, meaning I don't believe in imaginary friends for adults. But why be so damn nasty about it? "Screw you, I don't care." Do you care when your viewers fail to subscribe or even opt to unsubscribe? I get that you're intelligent. I get you understand numbers. What you don't get -but need to- is people.
They don't want to be disparaged and dismissed. They want to feel that they're part of a community that respects them. If you want to grow your channel, you need to knock it off, seriously. You practically dare people NOT to watch!
Consider in the very least keeping the negativity behind your teeth. I get it. You're frustrated by idiots making a living peddling snake oil. But 1) you can't stop them and 2) you can't spread empirical evidence if no one wants to listen to you. I love your work, and I don't want to listen to you. Perhaps developing the content but having a likeable friend, family member, or clan mate deliver it on video is the way to go. Unfortunately, something tells me you won't be able to help yourself. In any event, consider a change because this simply won't do. Your work is too good to allow it to be buried under an avalanche of arrogance, disdain, and hubris.

FWIW, I hope, whatever happens with your channel, that you find some measure of peace. A friend- a Zen Buddhist monk and veteran of the ghastly American war in Vietnam- wrote a book you as a veteran might find rewarding. It's called At Hell's Gate. Perhaps you'll give it a read.
You might wanna make a Doctor Home 2.0 . DH works with focus , armor kits apply directly to you after a kill , skill kills proc the talent so I assume other players will as well . The DH is a support weapon , running it with full armor / tank build marking npc's from the back , keeping the dps builds / skill builds alive .

For flatline you done necessarily need to use technician, you can still use sharpshooter because of the scanner drone
True, but running the drone has a larger effect on your overall build than an attachment.

When deconstructed it also yields 0 exotic components.
I pick up the drops with the Dr Home all the time while in combat, how is that any different from the Momento in that regard, the Dr Home is a great rifle, and a decent exotic, in my opinion.

I really hate the scope. I would definitely use it if it didn't have it. If it had something like an acog where I can scope in, or fire from thrid person if I choose, I would use it.
Also that talent would be fantastic on an smg or a shotgun. Something where you want to get right up in the enemy's face to use. On a rifle with and 8 times scope... like you say, garbage.

I would like merciless to get a buff, it feel very weak and impractical. I don’t like it when an exotic is impractical most of all. Why should I go out of my way to bend my entire play style around some weird gimmick just to make something work? I like practical exotics like lady death and nemesis, they just work as is, you don’t need to do any special gimmicks. If you treat lady death like a normal SMG it’ll excel if you treat a nemesis like a normal sniper rifle it’ll excel.
I feel that exotic equipment should excel at the gear type they are in addition to having something unique that makes them special. The thing that makes an exotic unique should not be what takes a bad piece of equipment and makes it playable.
I agree the Super Soaker 5000 is strong and the talent isnt great for a rifle but, could it be something with momento and focus, or is that scope on it not 8x?
It is based off of the “8x CQBSS” scope if you have unlocked it. It fits the large optic rail category

@@Sentinel_Saturn I dont think you know what you or I am talking about. I wanted to try it with Focus talent but it's not working with it. I tested it myself. So either it's not a 8x scope or it is and it's not working. Plus you cant change mods on exotics.
As I said in the video, it should proc Focus, but it doesn't. We had the same issue with Dread Edict.

only an exotic in name. pathetic weapon
To be fire there are only two exotics that are actively catagorised as Best In Slot.
Regulus and Dodgecity Holster.
All the other exotics are either terrible or lackluster.
