WHAT WE LEARN
In this tutorial video, we set up an area on our athlete performance testing dashboard where we will be able to interact with our athletes' data over different time periods and select specific combinations of testing sessions, on the fly. This is a critical component of The Ultimate Athlete Monitoring Toolkit (UAMT) in Google Sheets because it allows us to make informed decisions in context-specific scenarios as we can manipulate timeframes and session types with a high degree of flexibility.

Thank you, Austin! I'm starting to put together content to address the monitoring side of things. For GPS/HR data, are you dealing with CSV/XLSX exports from software products, or do you plan to enter data manually?

Loving everything so far, will the historical data section include an option to compare data from 2-3 different athletes?
No, unfortunately. However, I have a Team Performance Testing dashboard that has been completed (it ties into the same database that you create for this Athlete Performance Testing dashboard). I just need to shoot the videos. If you send me an email, I can send you a screenshot of what this dashboard looks like, currently.
