Evening Adam, Garth here from the UK (we have spoken a couple of times via this format. Really enjoying the series. Normally i am not much of a breakfast cereal man, but if i had to pick i do like Alpen, i know a little boring.
I stumbled across your channel towards the beginning of the fantasy football season. By picking and choosing specific things you show while building this incredible database, I was able to put together a system to evaluate Running Backs for potential targets for my fantasy team. Within the last few days I have also used your process to develop a database for recording and manipulating my blood glucose information so I can better get a handle on my diabetes. You are building something that seems hyper focused on a specific genera, but the way you present your method has been so valuable in understanding where these principles can be used in other places. I must also say that before your videos, my knowledge of spreadsheets was at the absolute minimum. Now I feel comfortable attempting to use them in ways I never would have considered. Thank you for this series and what you do. You are a you are a wonderful teacher.
Hey Kevin. I don't really know how to respond to this comment - I'm blown away. I really appreciate your kind words. The fantasy project seems like a fun one (and one that my fantasy team certainly could have benefitted from this year :-D... but I'd prefer to remove this year's performance from my memory). It's amazing that you've been able to use the skills you've earned to help with your health, as well. I think that it's important to recognize that you've done an amazing job in teaching yourself - I'm elated to have played a tiny role in these developments. Thanks so much for being such a kind human, and for your support of my content. Words can't express how excited I am to see how the material has impacted your life.
I have since discovered sparklines, and use those to give a quick view of my trends on the times I check my blood sugar levels at different times of the day.
I was typing Cinnamon Toast Crunch when you said it!!! CTC is the best
100%!

Funny questions Adam haha! Honey puffs for me! :D
Honey puffs! Love it!
Frosted Flakes!
A solid choice! I was big into Frosted Flakes. A few other notables for me were Waffle Crisp and Captain Crunch.
Nestle LION cereals, without any doubts!😂
I love it!! Great stuff, my friend. Still have not forgotten (and working on the GPS...) :-D.
Honey Smacks!
My brothers loved Honey Smacks. It never resonated with me, but I respect the selection!
