There is no such thing as an underrated good or great singer. Who is doing the rating, you? They may not be as known or famous as they could be but they are underrated. She is not the only good or great singer who is or has been in the same boat. There are several factors why this is so. And being underrated is not one of them for sure.

She does. The trick is to get today's audience to know who she is. To be this long out of the spotlight and just expect people to know her or her music, isn't gonna happen. I grew up knowing Joss & many others, so I love seeing new music from her. Today's youth, unfortunately would rather listen to the likes of Stormzy, who I would liking to somebody throwing a stereo into a skip!

god, she's always been my favorite singer ever since i was a teenager and she manages to only get better with time, it's insane!
I'll tell you what: Billboard charts can suck it. Joss really didn't sell out and became some generic pop singer like the hundreds of "artists" that have been seeing around in the last decade. She stays in her lane, doesn't need to evoke the "shock factor" type of exposure to draw attention to her work. Her talent speaks for itself through her music and i think she's one of the best vocalist we've ever had, PERIOD. Love you girl! Glad to see you back :)

I will never understand why Joss Stone hasn't risen to the top of the charts. I've been listening to this absolute vocal dynamo for nearly 20 years now, and you never see her or her name unless you search. Why is that? Folks, I just don't get it.
