@@jakollee The only overdubbed part you are talking about is where he highlightes a second guitar-part which covers the solo towards the end of his pre-recorded video. Otherwise, there is no seperate bassline that is overdubbed or layered. Your comment was just unnecessary.
Hard to believe his first international live performance was in Sudbury Ontario ..... of all places. This guy is the real deal. Anything you see him perform on RUclips, he can recreate it perfectly in a live setting. Honestly, makes me want to burn my guitars. He's a fabulous talent.
Absolutely fabulous ... note perfect and great choice of song .. we used to give it a bash in a once upon a time nine piece band and I used to enjoy playing the rhythm part ...one of Chicago Transit Authority's best numbers ... Kent does more himself, even as someone said, covers the horn sections and the lead breaks ... fantastic... thanks for sharing ... cheers
Truly outstanding work. There are so many guitar players who play the vocal melodies and the interesting changes but you really have it to dive into the solo the way you did. This is amazing. Your work is always amazing. I've been following you for a while now. You never disappoint. Bravo! A true guitar heroes piece and you did not disappoint!
Listened to his live performance of the song just now and for the first time, yes absolutely no doubt never had he rules and is king of the strings. Some times fingers are slower than on others to keeping perfect pace and rhythm. 😉
If there was a skill/talent/iq showdown between eras/centuries, dude kent is my representative for our era. He is just that great, id put him up against einstein or even the greek gods
What are you yapping about? Lmao I have no idea as to why you’re comparing Kent with Tim Henson. They play completely different styles. Such an unnecessary comment.
@@Kabiito I tried to be funny but failed. Here is my yap; Kent plays complexly and it is not esoteric. The other guy is complex for complexity’s sake and that makes esoteric banal circle jerk sounds.
I am a firm believer that Kent is one of the greatest if not THE greatest guitar players alive today.
lots of doubters out there to Kent's pre-recorded videos. live performances put these doubts to rest. he is real deal.
@@jakollee exactly, the same part i was waiting to hear in this live, simply wasn't.
@@jakollee You are simply incorrect.

@@Kabiito okay, I’ll remove it.
He needs to play Carnegie Hall!
He seems like such a humble, sweet soul. He's truly blessed.
Before his fingers start infighting and the band breaks up
hard to believe he can play it so smoothly on a live show

Man, thanks so much for posting, if you've got other videos from the concert, please share !^^
I was fortunate enough to see Kento san live in Kyoto Japan earlier this year. He truly is a phenomenal talent. He is amazing!
Kent is truly next level. There are not many in the world even close to him.
under 10
Ahhhhh, DUH ? What did I just hear !. That was the entire chart for the band, INCLUDING THE HORNS !!!
Some humans are awesome.

Gotta wonder what Terry Kath would’ve thought of Kent. Loved him I’m sure!
Jaw dropping performance!!!

All I can say is Holy Shittoli!! 🤯👏👏
His been doing outside Japan shows since 2023, it was in Hong Kong as the first..
Perhaps. I'm simply repeating what he told us at the concert.

Unreal
Very good Guy.

Live and record all same best cover 🎉
INCREDIBILE !!!
This is the "genius"!
Woopers suk
The only thing Tim
Hensen does better than this guy is choosing to play esoteric note choices that are not based on human listening tendencies.
