My thoughts are, if my mother fell, and a mobile alert was triggered, having those PHR's right there for an EMT or medical team..... Any recommendations would be appreciated. Yes , if we don’t get any response we automatically request a dispatch to the address listed unless you are wearing a GPS device that pings at another location. We provide them with all details on your account and request first responders to do an “interior/exterior” check for you. We then call your contact list and tell them that we dispatched to your home and ask if they happen to know your current status..
