Hey Brotha. Christchurch here. Do you know if these PGO's used a GY6 engine+trans style? 157QMJ or QMJ157 would be the usual code if it was a GY6 format. On Chinese scooters a code that includes the engine designation is usually engraved on the crankcase, above the centre stand, left side. Cheers Anatoly
Just held in place by the two hose clamps. You will also have to disconnect the auto choke plug, fuel line, vacuum line, and the throttle cable. If its stuck you can try twisting it, might need some wd40 or something
@@tortron sorted the auto choke. Quick question about the jets - the longer jet with the side holes - should that be clear all through the tube (end to end)? I'm coming up against a real solid block halfway down the jet, although the side holes are all clear.
Ahh alnaser is electric starter? Is the battery at full charge? When you hold down the brake lever and press the starter button does the starter make any noise at all? You can try both brake levers, sometimes one will work while the other doesn't. (the switch in the lever needs to activate for the starter motor to receive power). If no noise or movement, you can take a wire and attach directly to the +ve of the battery and to the wire tab of the starter. This should directly power the battery. You can access the starter by removing the seat. Usually the starter itself is not the problem, but they do occasionally die and need to be replaced. Usually it's an issue with the side stand switch, sticky solenoid, or the switches at the handle bars
No the electric starter the kick stand works just fine. It does make noise when I press it its like a TIC noise but no power the wires are all ok battery is barely used 4 months i got it, my main concern is the alnaser! Might need a new one
Nice job 👍. I have one of these but its a 49cc.

Nah not a gy6 type,
Hi mate - quick question - is the carb just held in place by the two pipes, or are there hidden bolts somewhere underneath? Cheers from UK

@@tortron Thanks bud, much appreciated. Does the auto choke plug just pull off?

@@Showing_the_car_ yup that should be clear all the way through
Hey I recently have been having problems with my push starter it wont start. I checked it out it was my alnaser that broke, can’t seem to fix it?
By push starter do you mean the kick start lever? Or electric starter? Does the bike start at all?
