Call me bitchacho¡ it's supposed to be the same character tho, still Paige. I hate that Julia Stiles was recasted but maybe she didn't want to make anymore or she was busy when they filmed the sequel.
She was (and still is) a popular actress. It doesn't surprise me that she wasn't in the sequel. I assume it was her not wanting to do it (i.e. probably had another movie filming at the same time and couldn't or not making enough $ for it). I still enjoyed the sequel(s) with the replacement Paige. :)
