Marsha, love that Kelly green sweatshirt on you!!! Pretty necklaces! Love that little black 🖤 Heart necklace !! Lisinopril gave me dry cough, I quit taking it, but I take Metoprolol for bp..it works good for me. Cholesterol meds gave me leg cramps, I qui it 10 or more yrs ago & took fish oil, & quit eating beef & bread, I eat 1 bun a month on a veggie burger, I switched to real unsalted butter & I use pink Himalayan salt, my cholesterol is good!! No meds needed for it. My daughter & my oldest Son tell my what vitamins to take & what to eat for health issues.
I was reading about fish oil earlier. Hmm I may have to check into that! Thank u for telling me your experiences. I love to hear them. It helps me out as well

Hello my friend! Good to see you. I love all the gold chains you chose. They are very pretty combinations & I think will look great. I am a jewelry girl too, but I have always gravitated to gold more, but I have worked over the years to have a nice collection of both. Options are good LOL 😉!! I'm glad you are feeling good despite the medicine issue. I have to go for my annual physical Wed. Not looking forward to it either. I appreciate a little prayer. They always make me nervous. I'm glad you are trying the natural remedies too. I think they just may take a little more time to work. Keep with it ❤. I'm trying to be healthier as well, but boy it can be tough. Great haul! I love the necklaces❤ I have to take chlorestorol and high blood pressure meds too. I didn't have to take any until I went into menopause in my 50s. I dont like taking them either. I guess you gotta do what you gotta do lol

It's the energy powders from Walmart and I add them to my unsweetened tea. Sometimes I just add them to water but it don't give the kick that the tea/energy powder does

The Losartan did that to me and made me lethargic. I have had a really bad headache since I started taking the Lisinopril. arrggg I'm NOT taking it anymore. lol geesh tfw
I take Losartan Potassium for my blood pressure and I like it much better than Lisinopril,it gave me a dry hacking cough that never went away.I took for a couple years.
@@Lynn-f8w Dr told me the coughing was a side effect of the Lisinopril, but the Losartan made my legs ache and just made me tired all the time. Isn't it a dog eat dog world in the medicine scene?!! tfs with me I like to hear if you guys have any side effects etc.
Marsha, Great haul. I take lisinopril and the only thing i notice is my cheeks get red.😊
@@MsCadi-tj7cx no headaches? Which I know everybody is different because my Dr said a side effect could be a dry cough. I haven't taken it long enough for that but it sure makes my head feel like it's gonna blow off the top. Lol thanks for sharing with me sweet friend, I like to hear yalls thoughts and effects

I started taking Garlique for high cholesterol. It may not be strong enough so I'm gonna go for foods this time. lol
My doctor suggested taking CoQ10 supplements and that will help with the leg cramps. I have been taking it with my medicines for several years and no leg cramps!

Well...Dr Marsha.....you apprently haven't passed the medical board!!!! Have you checked your bp machine (the one you use) to see if it in line with the machine at the doctor's office....just to make sure it's correct. Happy Saturday!
