I'm still using them and they still work well. Only issue is they are very short but they certainly hold a good point.
      Cheers,
      Lee.

AB's are really nice. I use the Vallejo texture, too. Sanding and painting too often damaged the painting. The Vallejo stuff is easier to apply.
I'm curious to see how the 3mm miniatures paint. My son recently bought some for WW2.

Hi and thanks for commenting. I agree re the vallejo texture it's an excellent product, applies easily off the brush.
My 3mm armies are all ancients as I wanted to try something a bit different. They reward a careful paint job. Here are my Classical Indians on my blog recently :) I now have 9 complete armies, napoleonictherapy.blogspot.com/2023/12/3mm-stone-temple-dba-camp.html
      Cheers,
      Lee.

At least you have a fair variety of scales to paint now Lee - so it’s not as if you have to plough through, say, 200 virtually identical Napoleonic French line infantry…
I’ll probably not follow your example. There’s no way my wife would let me order “S&M stuff” or eye-liner brushes. 🤣😂

Thanks for commenting. They are indeed! if you want to see how they paint up here's some previous armies I painted for Geoff who does half scale DBA, we call them cigar box armies :) My blog post : napoleonictherapy.blogspot.com/2022/07/cigar-box-dba-armies-and-epic-dbn.html
      Cheers,
