If one of you finishes from the last Tashahud ,
then he should seek refuge with Allah
from four things : he says:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْر،
وَمِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ،
وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ،
وَمِنْ شَرِّ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسيحِ الدَّجَّالِ
Allaahumma ‘innee a’oothu bika min adhaabil-qabri,
wa min ‘adhaabi Jahannam,
wa min fitnatil-Mahyaa wal Mamaat,
wa min sharri Fitnatil-Maseehid-Dajjal
O Allah, I take refuge in You from the punishment of the grave,
from the torment of the Fire,
from the trials and tribulations
of life and death
and from the evil affliction of

Becareful, that Hadist Doesn't mean you should be Ignorant of what happened around you. As a muslim you should be Conscious of the Details, so you could make the best Judgement.
That Hadith means that you should put your Priority right. And Akhirah should be your Main Priority.
That's why some of the 'ulama said it's almost everything in islam. To Prioritize our Akhirah. Be a Siddiq like Abu Bakr (ra).
Don't do Tafsir on Hadith with Confusing words bro, you could Misguide the peoples UnIntentionaly.
