Steel KING ARMS mags are great! No leaky body pins and the upgraded valves are better than all other WA mags!
they work perfectly in the Western Arms/Matrix full metal rifles but NOT the S&T/Matrix! They work but are flawed in those rifles!
One of the gas mags arrived with and one arrived without air in it!
That Golden eagle mag leaks terribly! Useless in fact!
I had to use a rubber mallet to hammer both sides of the mag crimping the inside square seal together towards the bottom of the mag just above the pins!
It did seal for a bit but eventually began leaking again!
It’s pretty garbage at this point so i’d recommend just buying the King Arms mags instead!
They are great! I’ve filled the GE mags with oil and still they leak!
One was good and still works great but the other is useless no matter what i tried!
Hammering did help in the beginning but once you leave air in it it expands and reverses the hammering causing it to leak all over again!
You literally need to keep an eye on these mags 24/7 to prevent this!
It’s a hassle but has to be done!
The other two old school WA mags in the video are for the S&T/Matrix /WArms rifles including the SAI GRY rifle! The King Arms mags work in all my 7 Western arms rifles!
The Golden Eagle mags work just ok in some of them and good in others! I hope this info saves you guys money!
