Ye, cause u open most of the fanciest decorations extremely late and to that moment u ll definitely be bored from your castle :( I would like all decorations to be put on separate research tab so u can open them all in around a mid game because its not balance breaking and its pure aesthetics:)
Wow, way to blow my challenge out of the water! I think what I love most about how you design is you try to make things seem functional even in making them aesthetically pleasing. Great work again as always man. Looking forward to the next!
Once again, fantastic work. I've seen lots of builds from different channels by now, but yours are always top tier. They way you work with composition, dynamics, use of decorations and just your thought process really is something else. Keep em coming friend, love to see it.
Oh you think so? Glad you like it, thank you! Because I did struggle a bit on Jewelry and Tailor to be honest haha! I have never been very satisfied with my arrangements for these two rooms. Until I achieved this result, which seemed to be the best I could find in this space.
theres a section just southeast of the silverlight hills. it has a 3 part section that would be awesome to see a house built on. but again, another amazing build. love seeing them
Man this build is crazy , even with the video and layout idk if I can copy this :D. And if not because of this video, I wouldn't know that you can build stairs on top of stairs. Thanks for the build.
I love your castles! It would be so cool if they were all on one save xD Well then I'll probably try to recreate them all on one server :D I'm already looking forward to future castles, they're a gigantic inspiration :)
Thank you! That's what I'm doing, I'm building all my castles on one save. Well, all my castles pre release are on one old save, you just need to download the file on my last pre 1.0 build. And now, my 2 last builds, post 1.0, are also on one new save. If you download the file here in the description, you will also get access to the Jet Stone Palace.
@@OnFirePF Oh I didn't realize that, sorry :D I've already recreated the Jet Black Castle exactly xD I really have to say that I've watched a lot of channels with castles on YT, but yours really stand out :)
@@OnFirePF Is there a chance that something like the Palace of the Mist or the Bastion of Darkwoods will come along again :) Love how you integrate the environment into the building.
Amazing as always. Love the torture room. We had a similar idea for our build we will release tomorrow as part of our alch/prison but making a seperate room for that is a really fun idea! How did you get the enemy vampire minions in the prisons? Is that some admin command? For the rest great job again. Cant wait to see your next one!
i was wondering for your main gate entrance how did you make the cobblestone floors more narrow? the floors i have encompasses the entire square and covers the snow
I think you are confusing. What you see on the snow is the "Garden Cobblestone Paving". It's a path, not a foundation. I didn't put foundation on the snow, I wanted to keep the natural ground of the plot, to still have the snow.
How do you properly planout the layout? Do you do it beforehand or afterwards? Do you just plan it and then build accordingly and if so what website/app do you use to make the layouts like the one you showed at the end? And what are some tips and things to think about when doing the layout?
I don't plan my build perfectly from the start. I just have a general idea of what I want, then I build it as I go and the ideas come to me little by little. But it's a long process of trial and error. And when I think I'm finished, I create the layout plans for the video. I use illustrator and after effects for this. The best advice I would have to give you is to determine which room of your castle will be most important to you and on which floor it will be located. Then you build everything else around it, organically. This is often how I do it. I hope this advice will be useful to you.
@@OnFirePF Which room is that usually for you? I think that i would figure that the most important room for me is where the castle heart is. And that i kind of want to start with building around that with staircases around it from the right and left side that go upwards and around it like an balcony and continue from there. Thank you for the advice btw
How did you move your servants to areas as needed? Like I saw that Dark Temptress in the Torture Room watching over the Werewolf. Was it a combination of console commands and such?
You just bring her coffin in the room, summon her, and move back her coffin where it originally was. Be sure to have a servant lock on the door, so she won't move elsewhere.
1 - I'm taking a screeenshot of the plot on this website : mapgenie.io/v-rising/maps/vardoran 2 - I do the layouts in Illustrator, and rendering in After Effect.

It's just custom settings when you create a private game. You can set your game to build with ressource-free, have more tiles available, more floors, more of a lot of things. Basically creative mode is just setting your game to build and create without the limitation of a regular game or official servers. There are tutorials on YT if you are interested.

I think its fine as it is. This is not a live service game. They wanted to deliver a finished product, and they did.
Really like the way you set up the masters vault and the altar. Could’ve nvr thought of doing something like that. So different. Cool

@@OnFirePF I do yes. Though looking back through, how did you get the non charmable Draculin mobs into your Alchemy lab?
@@ToeSama I used a mod just for this. KindredCommands. It's the only way to get monsters inside your castle.
Oh no, Taylor lost his room 😱 poor Taylor 😜
Another absolutely gorgeous build, i feel really inspired, thank you for sharing this with us 🤗
Was patiently waiting for ur next video. Well worth the wait! Another awesome castle!! You are so talented. Keep it up
Awesome work just came across your channel. Loving it and getting some good ideas for my castle.
I was looking forward to your next video! I just finished one of your castles and the result is simply magnificent

The diagonal layout is very cool!!

You must first hold down ALT, then point the mouse down, then press 2

There are 2 lots south of the rustlock village in gloomrot. Would like it if you built one on the left plot.
