Having a quick play about with the numbers:- distance between the pitcher and bater in baseball is 60.5 ft a 500 mph pitch would cover that distance in 82.5 milliseconds. The average human reaction time to visual stimulus is ~250 milliseconds. So yeah, not going to be see any Nikke Vs human baseball games. And I suspect you'd need some pretty exotic materials for the baseball and bat to survive the forces.
Humans can still be enhanced with Nikke parts so our Commander could maybe one day get a Burst of his own. Sooner or later, the gameplay has to evolve.

Spoilers Wait. So males not being able to Nikkes is an upcoming major plot point? And the Four Beasts' womb tattoos? So, in chapters 33 and 34, it gets brought up that MALES with Vapaus is extremely rare. I'd bet that Vapaus is connected with how potent a Nikke a woman becomes when they undergo that process. And I'd bet this all ties in to the Ark that the Four are trying to create. Perhaps with the Queen being detacted from the rest of the Raptures, the Raptures have turned into a multitude of different factions, each trying to create new queens. The Four Beasts are trying to create their own Ark and populate it with a new Rapture-borne humanity of their own creation. If that's the case, a lot of the upcoming plot points mentioned (which I thought were already well-established in the setting) make a lot of sense.

On why men cannot turn into Nikkes isn't there already an explanation? If I remember correctly they can turn into (for example: Johan even if he made the process gradually) but there are any because the male population died in large quantities in the war against Raptures and been the procedure of trasformation into Nikkes so low in being successful the government decided not to make any. Am I wrong?
Johan doesn't exactly turn into a nikke. He just replaces his limbs (and whatever he lost during his escape from Ark) with nikke-grade mechanized parts, courtesy of Eden's technology (mostly thanks to Cecil apparently). He's not a nikke tho. As for why he still looks young, look at both Andersen and Mustang. Both of them are even older than Johan. If Ark can manage that, Eden should've also been able to, given that their tech, while smaller in scale, is canonically equal to if not more advanced than Ark.

The lost relics in the first chapters it´s told that the success of turning someone into a Nikke is very low (I don't remember now put I think is like 2-4%, I might be wrong) and that in the war with the Raptures before the Goddess Squad they were recruiting basically anyone, and by anyone I mean any male (they expanded the recruitment in numerous occasions) so we always assume that there weren't any male Nikkes not because they are not compatible (you could say that Johan having Nikke-grade parts is an example of that) but because the male population was either dead or fighting and declining at an alarming rate, so the scientist decided to experiment on women being the majority of the population at that time. This is only speculation so they can come up with a lore explanation but I think is much better this way because at some point Shift Up can say that the Big 3 doesn't change any of this because if it ain't broken don't fix it.

If you only need one more Nikke in lvl160 to break the wall or want the burst illustration for the lobby for one of the two characters and are willing to risk I would say go for it If you only got two or three Nikkes in lvl160 I'd advise you to save those pulls. The new mechanic added to the regular recruit will help you to break the wall eventually as Liter, Alice and Naga can be wishlisted and copies of them can be bought with silver tickets in the mileage shop. Take into consideration that christmas and new year event are coming and a character you like may get a alt for one of those events. Good luck breaking the 160 wall!
