I remember seeing Mikkel Bang when he was 13 years old with a group of his mates from Norway in a Standard Films part, can't remember the one (TB Series maybe?) but I do remember him rocking it then and he has just grown into this incredible rider!! Respect!!
The algorithm sent me here and I woke up about half an hour into it. My lucky night! What a programme that was! The presentation and the drone footage was excellent, the lodge seemed perfect and those mountains in Alaska are breathtaking 😮! Really enjoyed it and the contestants were all so nice.

Big shout out to the drone pilots….the filming and production in general was unbelievable! Props to T Rice and the whole team for making this happen and hope to see this side of the sport become as huge as it deserves to become 💪🏂

Love the comp but please consider doing full runs unedited in the future. The quick jump edits of the Riders run to save time really take away from the essence of Freeriding. I get it was probably done to save time and gain higher viewer retention but it really takes away from what makes an event like this so Epic.

I happened upon this video while looking for someone skiing down a double black diamond slope I hiked up yesterday. These snowboarders are amazing. What’s the gradient of these slopes at their steepest on these runs? The photography is stunning also and I liked the geology information. I was also wondering how often avalanches happen and if so, what about the people standing around watching? This is well done. Kudos to all the snowboarders…just being there is a feat.
