This no longer works! Google changed their policies recently, no more SMTP relay allowed. If its for business and have 365, best way is to create a connector is Exchange.
thanks for this but I try to setup using our company stmp but it doesn't work. it's saying not connected to network wrong server, use ip to connect but still the same. can you share video on how to do it with company stmp

Google is not supporting Less Secure App after May 30, 2022. What does that mean? And will I still be able to set up with google account?

Could you remake the video with an outlook email. I have tried everything I can think of and I still can not get it to work with an outlook email.

A better way was to configure the outgoing mail and then the address book with the different persons email address.
