UNIPRO is excited about working with Herzog Glass and Skanska USA on the University of Washington Kincaid Hall. Kincaid Hall is a famous educational facility hall at the University of Washington. The facility is used for testing purposes in the university. It was jointly designed by the famous architects named as Perkins and Will.
UNIPRO is installing the window sealants liquid flashings by DowSil.
Generally, selecting the best sealant for any specific project is determined by the nature of the project performance requirements. Primarily, the joint sealant should be selected around a few simple guidelines.
1. Minimum contact required [by the sealant manufacturer with all bonding surfaces to ensure adequate surface adhesion.
2. Maximum movement potential necessary for the intended sealant to perform in a structural or non-structural joint.
3. Joint configurations and designs.
