Question. What is your Simbrief aircraft profile? I always wonder how you get accurate flight logs for dedicated airlines. For example, how do you find out your cost index or how do you get so many more waypoints when filing the flight plane in the FMC. I get like 4 to 5 waypoints in simbrief but never have it set like yours.
I import all my flight plans directly through simbrief. Some flights only have 4-5 waypoints, it really depends. As for cost index, that’s just something you really get used to. I don’t think there really is a wrong number. Choose something between 5-100!

What exactly do you mean by real world ops? Simply flying the livery or following SOP or FOM guidelines for that specific carrier?
Replicating the gates used, callsigns etc. I don't go super hardcore and use SOP etc.

A good computer is the first step! Then configuring your simulator to your specific specifications is important as well!
