It looks like there are a few more “modern” occurrences in the film, not to mention that we don’t even know if they’ll play all of them off as jokes- it’s very possible that they may make fun of memes themselves rather than use them. I suppose only time will tell us, and we can only hope it turns out great.

It doesn’t. There are moments where a character does try to be hip and edgy, but it is very self-aware. Like the first Wreck-It Ralph, it does a solid job of teaching a message you don’t see in too many kids films.

OlaPipO as Rachie and the Waves said, it takes a while to develop and animate a movie. It looks like there are a few more “modern” occurrences in the film, not to mention that we don’t even know if they’ll play all of them off as jokes- it’s very possible that they may make fun of memes themselves rather than use them. I suppose only time will tell us, and we can only hope it turns out great.

It doesn’t. There are moments where a character does try to be hip and edgy, but it is very self-aware. Like the first Wreck-It Ralph, it does a solid job of teaching a message you don’t see in too many kids films.
