Lmao, thanks for the comments everyone. You’ve made this old girl feel good, ALMOST as good as Dr Johnson has made my back feel. I’m 100% sciatica free for the first time in 10 years!! I've always found that the key to success is total relaxation. Don't fight what the doctor is about to do.
I like how he always lets the patient promote whatever business they are associated with.

If anyone is wondering what he means when he says"... P to A". It means 'posterior' to 'anterior'. Basically a fancy way of saying "from the back of the body to the front". You're welcome.

Palmer is in Davenport Iowa where I was born. I've been to chiro years ago. I was in pain so bad and it was chronic. Went to see a local chiro within a week I was pain free. I'm retired and wish adjustments could be part of my regular doctor routine. These guys can improve your quality of life.

I drive dump truck for a living and spend a minimum of an hr a day excersizing kinks out of my neck back and shoulders.
Sometimes I can't get all the kinks out. Both my middle fingers are tingling now this second for example.

Thank you so much. My uncle was a Chiropractor, Palmer method out of Davenport, Iowa. He died in 1954. He had a sign in his office that said "WHEN YOUR SPINE IS IN LINE, YOU'LL FEEL FINE"

Chiropractic is the only medical modality I have ever experienced where you arrive with an issue, and leave with the issue resolved. Most other modalities rely on diagnosis and medication. I’m a true believer in chiropractic medicine.
I've never had a doc do all that to me b4 & I am always adjusting myself at least 3 times a day.

Oh boy do I ever miss my chiropractor, He was very much like you and did a full adjustment and would review how you stand and walk and if he didn't feel you were right he would put you right back on the table keep working on you till you where go to go......RIP Dr. Bernson.

I found this very interesting and fascinating and the Dr has such a nice friendly personality.
I'm a simple man I see good looking women and pubic bone adjustment so I watch. This guy knows what hes doing.
Men of culture, here we met again. Pubic bone adjustment ofcource we want to see that. Btw the woman maybe feeling better but is blushing a little after the adjustment but it is what it is, imagine a guy to get an ultrasound for example from a female doctor under there it would be the same thing no matter how old he was.
Also Kudos to the chiropractor i think is moving fast and talks only to make the situation more comfortable and not let her process anything until is done. A true professional doing his job well

I've watched a few dozen of these videos on my new favorite channel :) and I've never really taken note of a person's posture when I first see them. After watching, you can see what the Doc is talking about (head or hands forward, one shoulder taller, hips sitting right or left) and I find it fascinating. I try to check and see how I stand and I am reassessing my sleeping position.

Chiropractors do some amazing work with almost no risk to the patient. What you see in this video is often called the shotgun method because you adjust everything with different techniques.

I had pinched nerve with shooting pain from my leg up my lumbar. No pain relief after multiple chiropractic sessions. At the end, just get good sleep ... early ... like before 10pm. Consistently. I was amazed that I was healed.

I love the videos. Can you show more of the exercises/stretching that you give to your patients to help correct posture and some of the corrections that you typically see? I know that most of us on here will not get an adjustment but we would benefit from some exercise or stretching. Thank you.
Chiropractors rarely suggest exercises. They want the patient to think only the expensive pseudo-doctor can heal them.
I would say 80% of the chiropractors I’ve been to suggested exercises.

Had a middle back injury 1979; caused immediate PVCs 15-20 a minute. Doctor said I'd have to have a pacemaker immediately. 22 years old.
Went to chiropractor in Santa Cruz CA; he fixed it within a half hour. Don't let anyone tell you chiropractors are quacks. They can really help you.
Ran into the doctor on the street about a week later. He said "I'd you go to the cardiologist I referred you to?" I told him no. "Don't you understand you could drop dead at any moment?"

I've been to enough chiropractors in my lifetime to know a great one when I see one. Dr. Johnson is one of the best. I have a damn good chiropractor also. If I don't like my results, I go do some research and find another one.
Joshua Vance One of my adult daughters and I have discussed do exactly that. We live on the west coast so it would be a long flight to get there. AND we both have found our own very good chiropractors in the areas we live. (not the same as we don't live that close). I found one that does the "Y" strap adjustment which is very similar to the "Ring Dinger". And it really helps me. But I know and agree with you on wanting to visit this fine Chiropractor. Dr. Johnson really knows his profession.
I drove big rig heavy haul for McGil specialized carriers in marietta Ga until 1993 then independent trucking after that. Marrietta ga is a nice town. North of Atlanta. It was on SW.Franklin rd.

There is nothing worse than a chiropractor who is in and out of the exam room in less than two minutes; if this happens to you, find another chiropractor. It is so important to find a chiropractor who treats the whole body and not just the back and the neck.
Before being adjusted, Ms. Susan's right shoulder (on the left side of our screen) was noticeably higher than her left shoulder.

Ive had several friends and a roommate go to Palmer and one of them also did acupuncture somewhere near Chicago, I went in and did a full run of X-ray and adjustments so the could get their credits for class, even rode a horse for a Dr. Larkin, an instructor from Palmer.
