Hearing her speak about what songs worked and didn't work live in the bigger venues was so interesting. Maggie was my last show at the Hollywood Bowl before I moved to Portugal, and she absolutely killed it. It was a great way to end one of my all-time favorite things to do in LA.
What a spectacular person. Brilliant, talented, beautiful inside as well as outside. Hopefully she stays grounded and all her dreams come true and are what she hoped for. Sometimes I have a dream come true and it's the opposite of what I thought. I heard in my living room last week and started to listen to her other stuff. Very good lyrical ability. Watched Maggie live after her 1st album, then again after this album. Such an amazing performer!
I went to this "don't forget me" show and it was really phenomenal.
