Hey coach can you give me ankle stability workouts and even more leg strengthening exercises I can do at home and for the medicine ball can I use a basketball cause I don’t have access to a medicine ball also can you give drills and workouts on how you can cut in or out while running full speed and not get injured love the vids.
Yeah I definitely can- all the exercises in this video besides power cleans can be done without equipment for ankle stability. Even the medicine ball one. You can do lunge holds and have your heel elevated off the ground. So get into that same 90-90 position and keep your heel off the ground, then hold it for 30 seconds
