Russia is already manufacturing more and refitting old Soviet era equipments and throwing them at the West in Ukraine to destroy expensive western equipments on the cheap.

A Better Definition: Instead of using the terms Global South and Global North, I suggest using more accurate terms. Whipco and Pocco. These would more accurately describe the difference between the two. BTW, Whipco means White People Countries and, you might guess, Pocco means People of Color Countries.
